Damn relatable story. Bought a car for my baby. Went through same experience after booking an HX10.. Finally after waiting for 3 months, I got it on march 24th, 2026 (booked on Dec 12th, 2025). Drove 6800kms ( just within 3.5 months). Even my roof-rail clip fell off at the second month. Yet, loving every bit of this car. Editing the comment after hearing ADAS is not useful. Those who are not using ADAS are the ones who don't know the use cases. For highways, Adaptive cruise control is amazing. On the mileage side, I have been getting 15 to 16 on city + highway (on linear acceleration, moderate traffic - 45 kms one side). If you're an aggressive driver (or a non-aggressive one but ramps the pedal on signals to start off fast), you're not gonna get more than 11 or 12.
Clocked 65000kms on the venue turbo sx(o) bought in 2020 feb and its still going good , service and parts have been changed but i have taken extended warranty so no worries overall the car is going good , mileage is the only drawback apart from the negatives but that doesnt matter much , overall the car is great and still is going good , venue doesnt feel out dated yet and only shuddering issue is now in my vehicle so i have to change clutch plates now but still venue is a great package ❤

The ultimate showdown. The 1.2 is such a refined and smooth engine, but it struggles under heavy acceleration and city traffic. Hyundai showroom official claimed it to be up to 18 kmpl, but the real-world mileage is not very satisfying. Not more than 15, even on highway cruising. In city driving, it barely delivers 12 kmpl. After all, it's a small naturally aspirated engine designed for city driving 12 kmpl in bumper-to-bumper city driving; its mileage is not very impressive for elderly people and women. 1.2 is a nice engine for daily commuting, after all. But at the end of the day, the choice remains yours But in my opinion, it should not be based on your previous car or any friends. It should be based on results from your driving. So first, go for a test drive.
Hyundai HX4 Is Compatible For Family Under 5. Average is good, pick up is excellent, ground clearance is good, Ac is excellent, issue with mileage is moderate around 16, also Hyundai have less number of models and offers on HX4 also you have only push start button and sunroof isn't available, compare to HX6 that is also money saving option for everyone.
Think before purchasing. Very poor performance and mileage, my old Alto is far better than this. I think Hyundai should stop the 1.2 NA engine for the Venue due to the car's weight. Best Compact mid size SUV. The can that we purchased is overall good and futuristic. It feels big, comfortable and very smooth to drive. Best speaker, connectivity, headlight and easy to drive vehicle. I drive it in light traffic with mileage around 12 to 15kmpl and on highway sometimes it gives 20+ easily.
Good Should But. Professional detailing highlight, showroom like paint, enhancement deep scarth removal and long lasting. It looks like nice suv, good mileage and overall good specially n line black colour is extremely georgeous, nice overall boot space is also so big, seat is very good in seating, my review is if our budget is 10 to 15 lacks then should go on buy venue.

Best Car In INDIA. Car is the best under 15laks price, best comfort for senior citizens. Nice driving experience and weight to power engine. Good ground clearance, luxury interior luxury exterior 2nd row seat is very comfortable to seat for a long drive. Boot space is good for long drive. Fuel efficiency is good on highways.
Go Ahead Without Thinking. Its a really super car. I think you will get all features which expected. Look wise also good. Ride comfort is also good. Mileage coming around 18km/ L, music system is also good, seat is very nice, ground clearance also as expected, built quality is good and nice space also you will get. No doubt.

Best comfort and premium in features, better than other brands in compared to price, premium feel and featurest look, gives average of 16 to 17 on road mileage, large infotainment system with fully loaded features, traction control. Best for family, front drl and led headlamps, throw of headlight is good.
Good option. This is my first car, Hx5 petrol 1.2 mt, and I was looking for a car for my family with good space, ground clearance, quality, decent features and enough power, which I got as expected. You can expect mileage on hilly or bad roads up to 15, but on highways, it has given me 19-20 with an average speed of 80. Currently drove 2000.
My last comment on this topic if anyone is going for petrol variant- 1. If you are living in city like Mumbai milage will be 8 to 9... 2. Yes you can get good mileage in high way only if you maintain the speed of 50 to 55 km (which is really slow for me) 3. Also, you'll notice less power when the car is full of passengers & you need to overtake conclusion, avoid petrol variant if you're use is daily
I bought this car for plains but suddenly shifted to extremely hilly terrain. This car is absolutely fine for the hills.. No doubt, Hyundai daily is very caring and they keep calling until the customer is fully satisfied. Mileage is little bit issue but it manages because when I return home the mileage reaches 26-28😀. I travelled nearly 2600 Km in two & half days. Overall mileage was 18. Nice adventure.
3xo ko ainvy badnam kar rakha hai logo ne...petrol turbo engines me sab gaadiyo ka yahi haal hai city mileage kam milti hai...I get 10-13 kmpl in my 3xo in city. I have checked other videos on nexon, brezza all are in same range..so my suggestion is if you drive more in city than highway then either go for diesel or ev or cng or naturally aspirated engines otherwise all brands have same city mileage in turbo..but none can match drive dynamics of 3xo except skoda kylaq
Wonderfull Car. Great car, smooth drive. I have driven the Santro as well, and it was an excellent car. It was a great experience. The seats are comfortable, and the mileage is good. My family loves the brand, Hyundai, and the service personnel are very well organised. I owned venue 1.2lt engine in city 9-10 and on highways 13-14 max this engine is under power with low mileage the only positive is engine is reliable and silent but not recommended to buy look other options
I'm getting about 10-14 kmpl in city & 18-20 kmpl on highway (cruising around 80 (speed limit)... HX5 variant DCT petrol. AC is always on. I once got the lowest of 7.8 kmpl but that was because i was stuck in traffic jam for 1 hour ~ 6km.

I like Hyundai venue petrol automatic, its budget friendly 19km per little big cabin, 5 star rating, more features and smooth drive, I like sporty look with 5 star rating, 16 inch tire, petrol turbo pick up, city and long journey too, dil jeet liya. More ground clearance, muscular sporty look. I like this car so much.
