Jo map ka feature diya hai waste of money hai kuch kaam ka nahi....looks, braking power and seat comfort ke mamle mei 10/10 and about engine, after sales service and fit and finish ke mamle mei 4/10.

Don't buy this scooty, i have been using for 16 months, now I'm sharing the major issues i faced. 1. Very Poor build quality compared to honda activa and suzuki. 2. Worst performance, poor pickup and mileage, engine vibration after one month of usage. 3. Faced breakdown issue for 2 times. Since the 2nd month of the purchase i experienced brake isssue, engine starts without holding the brakes, but till today the problem was not resolved even after 4 services 4. Worst ever service provided post sales, for the service they charged money without telling the reason for the breakdown issue. 5 last but not least tvs showroom didn't provide the complete bill for the amount i paid during purchase, and they didn't give any explanation for that. If you want a reliable and strong build quality and high performance , and peaceful usage dont go for tvs

I own a TVS Jupiter 110 Alloy SXC, and my experience with TVS Motors’ service has been nothing short of disappointing. From the very first service visit, the staff showed complete negligence and lack of professionalism. • No proper response to queries. • Service advisors are careless • Vehicle issues remain unresolved even after repeated visits. • After-sales support is pathetic – once the vehicle is sold, customer care vanishes. I chose TVS because of its name and reputation, but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I strongly advise others to think twice before buying from TVS unless they improve their service standards drastically. A good product means nothing without good customer support – and unfortunately, TVS has completely failed in this area.
I liked the look and color and bought this 110 cc. In terms of mileage, it costs as much as it costs to maintain a car. Still, it only gets 25 to 30 km. 2 services have been done. They are taking full money from the so-called free service. I think it would be better to get the service done by someone you know outside.

The worst bike ever. I purchased a Jupiter 125 Cc bike in Feb 2024. In a matter of 8 months, I started to face a battery issue and the bike would not start at all but still, TVS Ulsoor Branch would not service properly. I would highly recommend people not to purchase this bike. The bike is ridden by a lady and despite their so-called pathetic services their bike would not ride or start properly but each time they would say it is done correctly. I very much feel they have sold some junk piece which was thrown in their junkyard. Please don't buy Jupiter bikes and their service is the worst of all.
