Don't buy this scooty, i have been using for 16 months, now I'm sharing the major issues i faced. 1. Very Poor build quality compared to honda activa and suzuki. 2. Worst performance, poor pickup and mileage, engine vibration after one month of usage. 3. Faced breakdown issue for 2 times. Since the 2nd month of the purchase i experienced brake isssue, engine starts without holding the brakes, but till today the problem was not resolved even after 4 services 4. Worst ever service provided post sales, for the service they charged money without telling the reason for the breakdown issue. 5 last but not least tvs showroom didn't provide the complete bill for the amount i paid during purchase, and they didn't give any explanation for that. If you want a reliable and strong build quality and high performance , and peaceful usage dont go for tvs

Extreme poor mileage performance. Got mileage of 26 kmpl I have bought this scooter almost 3 months back, i bought after hearing this scooter gives better mileage, but I am seriously very disappointed after starting to use, it giving only 25km per litre in city rides , this is very poor performance for city rides , if company claiming around 50-55 kmpl mileage then it should give at least 35- 40 kmpl in city rides . I don't know about other scooters but this is very pathetic. Please don't buy this scooter as I am regretting now. I had rode it for more than 1 year and can say that it's handling is very good... It is really comfortable. City rides are smooth as well as headlights throw is also good for City purpose. Suspensions are some what stiffer side but it's okay. Under seat storage and front fuel refill is most convenient feature. The button qualities are also good.
