I am not satisfied with the service provided — it has been very disappointing.. I am writing to express my concern regarding the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) process carried out by your dealer. It appears that the vehicle was delivered without a proper PDI — the tyre rims were not checked, and the air conditioning system was also not properly inspected. Despite these issues, the dealer marked the PDI as “OK,” which makes the report inaccurate and misleading. Such actions could be considered a form of consumer fraud. If no corrective action is taken against the concerned dealer, it may appear that Maruti Suzuki is indirectly supporting such practices. (Service) — have been putting undue pressure on me to compromise on the matter. If Maruti Suzuki does not take action against the dealer and the involved personnel. I have already been facing this issue for the past 46 days, and if no resolution is provided, I will be left with no choice but to take legal action through the Consumer Court and e-Desa platform. Additionally, the General Manager – Sales (Nexa) has provided incorrect information regarding the payment amount on three different occasions. The discrepancies are attached herewith for your reference. I request you to kindly investigate this matter and take appropriate action at the earliest.

The Looks are amazing. Buying Experience: It was so smooth, I did not take leave from the office even for a day! The test drive was at home. Delivery was in a couple of hours, on a working day, and I did not have to apply for leave from the office. Driving Experience: Just amazing! The gurgling sound of the engine is so invigorating for the driver. You get the comfort of a car while enjoying the feel of an SUV! Bad roads aren't so bad with a Fronx! Believe me, in the first few days, while driving my Fronx, I used to think aloud, \"Why is everyone driving so slowly?\" I was looking at the Swifts, and the Nexons while thinking/feeling this :) Looks/Performance: The Looks are amazing! Comparable to none in the market. The coupe style started by Fronx is going viral now... starting with Tata Curvv? You replace the rear logo with an Audi or BMW, and innocent people might believe it to be one! The connected tail light completes the package with elan, look-wise! The DRL is incomparable in the class! At first, the mileage was low before the first/second service, but I realized the mileage you get depends on how you drive. And, believe me, with mileage comes safety as well, because when you drive within 60km/hr at 1500 rpm, you get a mileage of 22- 23 km/l, and you get a relaxed feeling of being safe, and you are not tense while driving! Service and Maintenance: This is the icing on the cake. There isn't and will not be any other service better or more affordable than a Maruti/Nexa vehicle, and the same goes for the Fronx! My opinion on Suzuki Fronx. This car is really a value-for-money car . I rate this car very high. Highway performance and city driving are both good. Seating comfort is also good . My buying experience is also good. It's service and maintenance is not that much . Overall it is a good all-rounder car.

Powerful car in 1.2 cc petrol engine(fronx). The buying experience is superb, and the Fronx engine is an upgraded engine and has a powerful engine. I purchased a delta plus varient and drove from Dharmasthal to Shimoga, the car has a power 1.2 cc petrol engine that is like a Cheetah, Maruthi Suzuki gives good service, and easy maintenance. I am happy with my Fronx, car stability is superb on the highway. And Fronx gave a mindblowing performance.

Very Good except missing features. Buying Experience was pretty good, Driving experience is also good. The AGS gearbox is not the fastest one, but it does the job pretty well. The look of the car is the most appealing one, and performance, when compared with the engine capacity, is adequate as well. Service and maintenance, I'm yet to feel, but as per my experience dealing with Maruti for the last 12 years, while my Maruti Suzuki Ritz VXi petrol was with me, I think they'll do well. Pros I think I've already mentioned, when it comes to the cons, the particular variant is the top of the line which comes with 1.2 NA AGS combination, and it lacks most goodies that we expect at this price point, such as Rear AC vent, Push Button Start, Rear Wiper Washer, Cruise Control, Tinted Windows, Rear Handrest, Front Handrest etc.
