Honest Review Of My Toyota Hyryder. My car gives good mileage but there is a little week in the performance. I am very happy with my car. I like the best thing about it because of the reliability of Toyota. I had taken the car at the same price. Other cars do not compete with it. Toyota's market presence is also very good. I liked it, better than other cars in this price range. I bought it on 5th February 2026. It did not disappoint me.

Most Comfy and efficient car. I am very satisfied with my Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder! The driving experience is super smooth, and the suspension handles bad roads effortlessly. Fuel efficiency is incredible, giving fantastic mileage both in city traffic and on long highway runs. Cabin comfort and seating support are top-notch for long drives without fatigue. Don't buy this car. Please don't buy this car. The price dropped by 7 lacs from the same showroom when I tried to get it exchanged after finding its quality issues. Toyota is very reluctant to attend to the issue and solve the problem. last week when I wanted to get it exchanged with ROXX Mahindra they contacted the Toyota Ravindu Banglore head office for a rate, and they got a feed that it's a slow-moving car quote less. Then I felt I had been royally cheated.

Fastest Car. My driving experience is not so good. I do own it, but not satisfied with the car performance and durability. In this price range, many better option are available like Creta, Venue, Brezza, etc. Its petrol engine is very silent but does not generate power at all.

This is a poorly researched video, in some senses. Sunroof issue is solved in the update. I've driven my new 2025 hybrid more than 13k KMs and I've not faced any issues. Seriously a no nonsense car. But yeah, on highways, real world mileage won't be beyond 19 max. Unless you drive like 80-90 only, which doesn't make sense on expressways around NCR.

As as small family of 4 , this turns out to be agreed addition in my family and since we wanted a strong Hybrid , this so the best or it’s two. Sister (grand vitara) both are best in the hybrid segment for the price they come. About build quality no issues and Interuor and exterior also looks elegant and more traditional . Yeah boot space is comprised a bit but that’s fine , for a family for 4 it is still managble one . Overall a good car at good price without Toyota trust and reliability

Perfect family car. Max fuel efficiency I’m getting in this segment, not too fun but not even boring, linear power delivery, very good reliability, good comfort and a good-looking car, best in class fuel efficient.

Best Car In Segment. Comfort, mileage and performance blended in a single car. Comfortable even after days long driving. The best part is Toyota service quality and reliability. The interior quality is average and the exact thing Toyota need to improve is rattling noises are present but not very annoying. The multimedia features are not extravagant but descent.

Just avg. Boot space with above avg. Driving experience. Large Boot space and 3rd row Foldable captain seats should be option available ! Also need more torque in mid range! Suspension is above avg. Does good in every terrain. better go for full Hybrid then only petrol or mild versions for long run if you're going to keep this vehicle for 10 years!

A car which everyone needs. Bought last year in October. Till now it's been an excellent experience. The car is very smooth. No issues till now. On city driving and Highway driving it performs phenomenal. It's so comfortable and you will never feel fatigue for at least 3 hrs. non stop driving. Telling you with my own experience. Service is really professional. I must say honestly, the car is really good. A must buy. If you want a family car with ease of maintenance and good mileage and also good after sale service this is the car you can go for. I hope this might help in your car buying decision.

Poor experience. To my utter dismay, I have been delivered a quality failed /defective hayryder car with AC, Stereo, and alignment problems. After-sale service from TKM is very bad unlike earlier. I am running around with the new car for rectification

I recently bought Hyryder mild hybrid. It is no nonsense car in the segment offering good mileage, decent features and good reliability. My only concern is seats and interrior colour schemes. I prefer soft cushion seats over hard seats and light colour interiors.

Even though what you said makes complete sense, I think that people don't move houses on a daily basis, so rare weekend trips with limited boot space is ok. Plus we are Indians, we will anyway overfill it. 🤪 No one buys a Toyota for the speed and thrill of driving. People buy it for their great and reliable engines. Even though on paper, numbers might not be good, anyone who buys a Hybrid is looking at a city drive majorly and that engine does a good job at it. On a different note, love your short reels on likes and dislikes of a car, helps buyers understand the said car in a more practical way. Thanks 👍🏼

Good Quality for Long Running. The car has a sporty exterior, comfortable cabin and user friendly controls . Which gives a good driving experience. Considering the fuel economy, it gives a great power and performance.

Great car.. I would suggest you to go for the high-end version of the same, it looks great from the front and back, and it does have a great road presence. Overall its a great car but still if you go for the top version then it will definitely make you get more value for your money in the long run.

After owning the Hyryder for over a year - the pros outweigh the cons by a huge margin. Over 1000 km for 40 liters of petrol with fast driving! More than whacks out all competition! And the engine tech at this price - nothing comes close! Hope Toyota brings in a turbo petrol hybrid! The boot is great if you pack sensibly, I'm well over 6ft tall and have no issues with the non sunroof version. Also packed it with 5 folks and it wasn't too much of a squeeze!

Best car in this segment. Best car in this segment, worth for your money. I used this car for two months, Driving experience is very amazing, It is very comfortable for sitting, front and rear seat also very comfortable, you got best mileage in this segment, approximately it gives 22 kilometers, Build quality also strong and reliable in this segment.

Hyryder- hybrid - First drive experience.. Got my Full hybrid V variant delivered 10 days back and sharing my quick observations after doing two long drives covering 1000 Kms. This hybrid engine is very good in performance and Silent in nature, should be bit careful while driving it in neck to neck traffic conditions because of its silent nature and NVH Level is too low.. I could eventually see the electric motor support much while doing heavy foots either for a quick pickup or overtaking. Being upgraded from diesel engine to hybrid engine, it doesn't feels like driving a petrol engine, in terms or torque and power. The fun factor might be slightly less but doesn't compromise on , stability, reliability, Comfort and confidence. It does carries over all the stability and reliability that a Full pledged SUV;s like Fortuner and endeavor offer in that segment . Coming to the fuel consumption, based on my driving conditions, i got around 23kms in entire drive as 60% of the drive is on high way and 40% within city. As it is first hybrid vehicle , i have to adapt to a sedate style of driving in order to ripe out the full benefit of this hybrid engine. The turning radius is bit high and need t o plan and judge for you turns and cuts. I would prefer this SUV for anyone looking for quality and reliable upgrade in this segment. With all the above observations, to me it sounds like owning a Mini Fortuner.
