One of the worst car, underpower car and very bad after sales service. I have been facing the issue with the left window since the first day, and the company is not resolving the issue even after repeated visits. Also, the mileage of this car is 10 to 13 in a traffic jam and hilly areas and 16 on highway long drives. Strongly not recommending this. It's better to go with Mahindra or Hyundai.

Poor Average With Deem Light( Head Light). I got only 10/11 average in city and 14 on highways. Moreover at night the Head light ap deem and poor, as not get judgment while at night, divider also not seen. Sparewheel also not given. Very disappointed that no 1 company like MARUTI SUZUKI not care of customers. Number of mailed to higher authority but not responding.
Hi Paras, I have one major issue in my newly bought vehicle ( New Grand vitara 2025 Alpha plus strong hybrid) which is poor image quality ( blurred/hazzy) of factory fitted 360 degree camera . I did even raise this to dealer and raised complaint to maruti suzuki as well but not getting satisfactory response. Can anyone pls confirm me who bought the same variant also experiencing the same . Recently i asked them to get me test the camera with another new same model but unfortunately in that also camera quality was not convincing .
Over All Best In Segment Every Thing Is Well. All over It is fantastic car I use it in present 💪 service is also cheaper then other brands and very well behave all staff grand vitara car I buy it in 2024 it is comfortable reliable fuel efficient it average in highway over 20 km in one LT. I am fully satisfied to use it now I am in service centre, Rejent Moters Ghaziabad today I share you my experience after service.
Suzuki Make Best Cars.. The Suzuki Vitara is a compact SUV often praised for its excellent fuel economy, reliable performance, and practical, upright, "baby SUV" styling. It's very good vehicle and comfortable the car made for middle class family the car look is good and the servicing is very good the mentainace is affordable.
Very nice and comfortable. According to the price range, an excellent car in terms of design, performance and driving experience is more comfortable. Good SUV with this price range and Maruti service. boot space is bigger than that of other cars.
I agree with Ansul. Apart from the looks , rest are not so good, specially mileage. No Hybrid factor. Mileage is normal like other 1.5 ltr engine. And built quality is not good. In Delta variant Maruti should provide LED head lamps rather than Bi-Halogen. The throw is not good at all. But I am not sure if we upgrade it to LED will that be against the law or not. And also whether my warranty will be void. Overall I am not so satisfied with GV. Service center experience is also not good. At least Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia gives you a premium service center experience, which lagging in Maruti.
Car to drive. Experienced a suv car with good mileage and good performance.. in a city drive an attractive mileage .. on a long drive u can feel the performance.. coming to the service maintenance, it very low comparitively … comparing to other cars this is very low maintenance.
Own a GV sigma driven more than 30k kms, find it really good and comfy. Have installed after market accessories like allow wheels, info system, dechromed silver parts and installed led lights. Special mention for th suspension. Very underated. No variant can provide more wfm than sigma.

Value for money car, in its segment. I bought this vehicle from Competent Nexa Dwaraka sector-14, seamless and smooth buying experience. must visit and crack your deal. Driving my Grand Vitara for a few 100 and it's smooth and punchy. The car looks muscular and bold from the exterior. Nexa could have done better in their interior work. What we are getting till now, is also clean and with good fit and finish. Not done any service till now. once it’s done in feature will update on the service part. Grand Vitara is truly a value for money in its segment. And maruti also improves its built quality.

loved the car with the mileage of more than 24kmp/l in petrol. I have driven it for more than 20000 yet in 10 months and it gives 23-24 km/pl mileage, engine power is very good below 100kp/h but after that, it lacks the power, look, and other features very impressive, service cost is always very low of Maruti, that's why I preferred it, only the power issue is there after 100 k/h otherwise I didn't felt any problem in the car. My daughter loves the car, especially its sunroof.

Maruti Grand Vitara hybrid model is worst in mileage and engine has noisy sound. Facing Issues of increased engine sound , reduced EV performance, mileage changes .Despite multiple attempts to different service center issues remained unresolved .service center lacked necessary resources for hybrid model .

Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara Sigma Smart Hybrid (2023). A nice car under the budget of 14 lakhs, but it needs a bit of concentration in mileage. After-sales service is good, the staff are also friendly.
Grand Vitara's Sigma variant is the most value for money variant but for someone who wants to keep it for more than 10 years, this variant lacks few things: • This variant doesn't offer infotainment system, which means it will miss out on factory-fit mic for calling (aftermarket/dealer-fit mic isn't as good as factory fitment). • Rear Wiper • LED Headlights (Imagine the halogen headlights after 10 years) • Lack of 6 airbag, it offers only 2 (The facelift of all Suzuki cars will offer 6 airbags as standard, which will be updated in upcoming 2-3 years or so. So imagine 2 airbags after 10 years). If you were to increase the budget to get these features, you'll have to jump to Zeta variant which is a bit expensive in my opinion. If buying an expensive car makes sense for you because you are considering for more than 10 years, then you can buy zeta variant.
