To be honest in the name of technology development..all cars concentrating on the interior like a big infotainment system, big display, ambient lights and some like where it leads to sensor issues, which are not serviced correctly in service centers (eg wd trails Mahindra be6) and also compromising the build quality at some points, adopting to technology is not bad but it too has some limits.. buying a machine on lakhs should not make a buyer feel regret after buying it...

Caution! Buy At Your Own Risk. I will be posting the absolute truth. I had the 2023 model Asta (O) with a sunroof. The car, within a month of buying, was in the service centre for a fuel pump issue. After this issue was fixed, the next issue that came in the 2nd month was the Steering Vibrated vigorously on switching on the AC. Once the AC issue was fixed, the next issue in 4 months was again the fuel pump failing. After this, within 1 year, the wiring of the car went bad, and all electricals stopped working. For this, Hyundai charged me a significant amount, saying it's not covered under warranty. After 2 years, the car's mileage became pathetic. 22kmpl with AC OFF on highway and around 10kmpl with AC ON on highway. Don't even ask about in-city mileage, as it was extremely poor. And the engine performance for a 1.2L 4-cylinder is very poor. It can't even climb a hill without struggling. Finally, I sold the car for a huge loss as its maintenance and frequent defects were eating my savings away. Have moved to Maruti since and am feeling a lot better. I still suggest going for the older i20s as they were absolutely incredible. New ones are a scam.

All Hyundai service centre in Bangalore don't have 0w20 engine oil. Some have only 30 grade oil and don't care to main the supply of the recommended oil grade. Used Maruti for 9 years, i found Hyundai to be lacking in service experience and technical competence in the service centres. Sending mail to Hyundai for service query is a complete waste of time. In the past Maruti was super responsive. I got a response only after keeping ceo mail id after a week. I miss the customer experience from Maruti Suzuki sales as well as service.

Performance meets comfort. The Hyundai i20 is a wonderful car which I used for 1month. It looks sharp and sporty, which gives a performance mood, and its performance is not bad, which is good in the segment. Hyundai services are much better, and fuel efficiency is not bad. and comfort when I drive this car, I have confidence, which I didn't get from other cars in the segment.

I am owning I20 for the past 2 years and below are my pros and cons Pros - Car looks stylish (Kinda Sports car) - Interior looks Premium - Handling is so good - Long travel doesn't get tired - Service is so good. Cons - in stock Headlight visibility is very low during night rides - Engine pickup is linear so whenever you plan to overtake car doesn't co-operate with AC on ! - could have improved the throttling speed - Distance can be travelled value shown in the cluster and the actual distance you travel doesn't match ., sometime if you travel 1.5 kms it reduces 3kms in the cluster .. - As he said not having rear wiper are a minus in sportz optional - Infotainment system - Could have given better screen and speaker ( currently 6 speaker are there ) could have given 2 more speaker.

i20 is one of the worst cars to buy, being a long term user there is a lot of quality issues in the transmission design & parts quality. After 5 years, you will see the impact.

With respect to handling on highways I felts it’s not stable when the road surface is silky smooth or uneven . I use to get fear on Chennai to Salem as I travel frequently I remember all the spots on highway where the steering itself moves on its own I use to reduce speed on those spots out of fear. When I ask abt this on service centres they were also agreed such issue in i20 and I10 as well.

This car is too good spasali mom and wife... But me bamper an na sa 😢.... last time... Never give up bala fill data ha... I had drive 50 k in just 2 year....this car best part is service.... cost is too low just like me bulat...

Best car in this price range and segment. The car is amazing in terms of comfort, mileage, features and space , customer service is also excellent , only thing I was disappointed about is the ncap rating which is just 3 star but on the other hand everything else is excellent from looks to interior all perfect

Bought a premium hatchback in this age of C-SUVs. Buying experience: Purchased through Borah Hyundai, Sivsagar (Assam). Highly satisfactory experience and delivered within 15 days in the requested colour (Amazon Grey). Driving Experience: I took a test drive in the i20, and I knew I would buy it instantly. The car is very refined and smooth; the NVH levels are leading in the segment. The driver-focused premium interior is the biggest attraction of this car. The steering is very light, making navigation effortless in cramped city driving. The transmission does not make you shift gears very often, and you can comfortably sail past speed bumps in third gear at ~700 RPM. The suspension absorbs potholes quite well, but the open highways are where you will appreciate it the most. While not sporty-stiff, there is always ample downforce to hug some crazy corners. A downside on the highway is that you do have to drop a gear to transition from comfortable cruising to a quick overtake - the power delivery is linear, but the 1.2L NA does not feel out of breath, even at very high speeds. Like me, if you are coming from years of driving a turbo-petrol or diesel, you will be slightly disappointed in your first few hundred kilometres of highway driving, but the car grows on you pretty quick! Mileage: I get around 12-13 kmpl in peak city traffic, 16-17 kmpl in aggressive highway driving, and 19-20 kmpl in cruising in the 80-90 km/h speed range. Features & Comfort: The Bose sound system in this car is undoubtedly the best at this price point, the infotainment is smooth and responsive, and the voice control is accurate. While the Asta (O) manual does not support wireless phone projection, the bluelink system with its inbuilt navigation and intuitive media player do the two most important things for you - music and maps. I find myself never using CarPlay unless I have my wife with me (she likes scrolling music on the screen). The seats are very comfortable, even on long drives, the leg room at the back is impressive! Most people do not realize that this car has a longer wheelbase and is wider than its cousin, the Venue! Servicing and maintenance: My 10K kms servicing did not cost anything apart from the standard oil and filter prices. Will update annual maintenance costs once free services are over. Pros 1. Premium build and up-market feel - best in segment. When you sit in the cabin, you realize it's a ten lakh well spent. 2. Comfortable in both city and highway conditions. 3. Eye-candy! 4. Very feature-loaded. Cons: 1. Mileage compared to its rivals 2. Stock headlamps feel underpowered 3. No 360-degree camera (if you care about it)

If you want to buy a car today, which car you prefer under budget of 15 lakhs in view of performance, reliability, service cost etc., Resale is not matter, i want to keep 15 years. I want to know your opininion. Please suggest and give detailed reply.

Hyundai i20 Asta (O). The buying experience was good, the ride was smooth, and the comfort was better than Maruti and Tata Altroz. Interior and exterior will be better than in other segments. Service and maintenance are under our budget, not a huge cost like Volkswagen. The look is Stylish, smooth and comfortable, only the mileage will be 15 to 18 on average. Not a race car.

Hyundai i20 Sportz 1.2 MT. Buying experience was good.It is a value for money in these prize.It has a good performances.Driving experience was excellent because seating comfort is nice and well designed.Coming to look it is just amazing.Servicing will over just 5k-8k and if any damages is up to you.It has a good looks like big cars.It's maintenance is low compared to other cars. Cons:Nothing.

Performance is very good. Mileage is only 12 km/l ... 2 -3yrs ac repairing,2-4 gear repairing, power is not ok, looks is good and performance is very good, maintenance is high, service every 2 months request.

I if we see about car built quality its also very good. I always refer my nears and dears for purchase hyundai cars only. They also giving good services and discounts also.

Colour is very low quality. It's colour get remove spontaneously each year complete body colour go in the form of patches.How many time u can go the service station they used to say it will take time, and no slot avilable as most cars having same issue

Worth the money. 1. Bought this car in 2024 for 10.10L. 2. It’s been a wonderful driving experience. 3. Looks chic, and performance is top notch. 4. I’ve serviced it once; since then mileage has been a bit better. 5. Pros - all of the above. Cons - mileage could’ve been better (MID says 15 -16 when I touch highways), apart from that, it’s a wonderful bachelor/family car.
