Best bike of performance or rounded bike. I recently had the chance to experience this bike, and overall, I am really impressed with it. The bike has a great design and looks stylish without being too flashy. The build quality feels solid, and the overall finish gives it a premium feel. The riding experience is smooth and comfortable, especially for daily commuting. The handling is easy, and the bike feels stable on the road. The seating position is comfortable, making it suitable for both short rides and longer journeys. The brakes provide good control, and the suspension handles normal roads and small bumps quite well. One of the things I appreciate most is how practical the bike is for everyday use. It offers a good balance of performance , comfort, and convenience. The engine feels responsive, and the bike performs well during regular city rides . The mileage is also satisfactory, which makes it a practical choice for daily travel. The service experience has been good as well. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they explain things properly whenever there is a query. Overall, I am very satisfied with the bike. It offers a good combination of looks, comfort, performance , and practicality. If you are looking for a reliable bike for everyday use, I would definitely recommend considering it. Royal Enfield Classic 350: A little short to be called Royal. Purchase of this bike was an impulsive decision. I was inclined towards bikes with modern features. However, something about this bike made me buy it the moment I saw one in the showroom. However, after purchase the story did not remain the same. Following were the merits and demerits I faced owning this bike: Merits: 1. Looks 2. The satisfaction while taking it for a ride 3. Guaranteed second look every time you park. 4. The Royal Enfield thump, obviously Demerits: 1. Absolutely low value for money quotient 2. Poor paint job, especially around the headlights that would chip off just after 2 years 3. Pitting corrosion 4. Faulty fuel gauge - bummer for such a world class brand 5. Above all within 20k km, I had to repair/replace the throttle body twice 6. The very fact that you should accept a long range of niggles that arises on a bike that costs above 2.5 lakhs, like, never rigid rear view mirrors. 95K km in 3years is really an achievement itself 😅🔥!! Btw after the engine rebuild, the rpm fluctuates in your bike! So it’s maybe the throttle body calibration or something… idk why but I never trust authorised service centres for engine rebuild… it’s more or like a failure after spending so much money 😢

Major issues I faced after riding stealth black for a year. Engine heating Vibration after 80 km/hr Fit and finish Front mud guard won't save you from water splash from road during rain. Fog in meter console if kept in open during rainy season. Rusting.

I waffled back and forth between one of these and the new Triumph 400's, but finally plumped the cash down for a Triumph Scrambler 400 when they brought out the XC version with spoked wheels, tubeless tires, and proper sump protection. Now I have a classic looking bike with a nicely painted metal tank, and just that much more power for roads and situations where it is needed. But thanks to RE for offering the classic model - may it live on forever with all that lovely chrome and genuinely functional fenders. And congratulations to those who purchased the Classic 350's as well. I hope to meet you on the road so we can decide which of us is wearing the bigger smile. Probably the correct answer to "which bike should I buy?" is "one of each"!

I have moved on from Royal Enfield. After owning for 8 yrs. Every month I had to visit the service centre because of quality issues from the very beginning.Speedo issues, alignment issues, tappet noise, rusting in the tank, sprocket issues and so on. I have bought the Honda CB350 RS. Maintenance 6k approx for a year. Reliable engine. Not a single issue till now. Some say there is no character in the engine because of lack of vibration. I find it funny😂. No offence to RE owners. Ride safe🙏.

I ‘m English .I am thinking of buying a Classic 350 , having previously owned a Meteor ( unfortunately stolen) .I love the Royal Enfield brand.I thought this video would be interesting because of the title ( written in English ) only to discover that it is totally narrated in Hindi which unfortunately I do not understand. That is very frustrating !

A bit late to the party, but regarding the "clanks" and similar noises while riding - please remember that these are metal fenders and every piece of gravel or debris will make them ring and rattle.

Morning mate, my classic did not loosen up till I clocked up 2500km now goes so much better but I agree 10 - 15kph more top end would be welcome, but having been a Ducati rider for the last 20 years I appreciate the relaxed nature of the ride or I’m getting old. The front brake warped feel I had reported it to my dealer here in France when I took it in for a service and new metzeler road tec tyres, Fanch checked the callipers and gave them a service and with the new tyres which were I noticed seated on the rims properly the front brake problems gone, tyres or callipers ! not sure which cured it, but fine now, no warped disc pump feel, having a great dealership helps one you trust mine is a mom n pop shop they are also riders of their own bikes, important to me, ….. Can't beat Stainless steel spokes like on the Interceptor easy to clean too & looked great. Steel wool then rust kill paint like Black Onyx spray paint which will look great & no more rust. You can buy Stainless fasteners for RE bikes as stock one's are soft steel & cheap. That side stand hasn't got a foot at all😲.

On bicycles they are described as "rustless" spokes, and only come on the cheapest of cheap bikes. Chrome or stainless steel is the norm. On the scale RE work, I doubt it would cost a tenner a bike for stainless. I couldn't sell my Classic, whatever its quirks.

No engine rattles? Mine rattles HORRIBLY under any kind of acceleration. Sounds like piston slap or something.... some people seem to think it's the sloppy gear lash in the balancer. Dealer of course thinks it's all perfectly normal, so I've been pretty disappointed. The rattle is louder than the exhaust in some circumstances. I've even heard it in some other people's vids, so I know it's not just mine.

The dealer here in US has screwed me a lot By telling me to do full service every 5k km. Until I reread the manual. Now I see it needs to be done every 10k km And they charged me $600 each time Well ... I went back to my old mechanic that used to work on my Triumphs.... Whom I trust And who's cheaper!!!

Hi Ian, a great review of a well used bike. Given you ride her fairly hard at times and she lives outside I'd be very happy with just tarnished spokes and a dodgy speedo after two winters, the rest of the bike looks in pretty good condition. My GSA has stainless spokes and they're great but the paint and powder coating is absolute rubbish so the spokes and the plastic bits were the only parts that hadn't corroded after two winters, and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I'd say RE are way ahead in both quality and value for money, they're great little bikes and I'll be very happy to trade my GSA for one once I've put it back together. Cheers, Mick
