Practical, Smooth & Efficient – My Real Drive Experience with Grand Vitara CNG. I recently drove the Grand Vitara CNG for around 150–200 km, and the experience genuinely surprised me in a good way. The car feels solid on the road, and even with CNG, there’s no lack of refinement. The engine response is smooth, especially in city traffic, and the shift between petrol and CNG is hardly noticeable. What I liked the most is the mileage—it's truly the standout point. Even on mixed roads, it delivered impressive efficiency without compromising on comfort. The suspension handles bad patches well, and inside the cabin, the drive feels stable and confidence-inspiring. For anyone looking for a practical, cost-effective SUV with great running efficiency, the Grand Vitara CNG definitely deserves a thumbs-up. It’s a balanced package for daily use as well as long runs.

Icon Of The Middle Standard. Hello guys, I have always been an Maruti user and this is my second car, Grand vitara smart hybrid. As I always loved Maruti vehicle for its fuel efficiency and low maintenance cost which we middle class people really need. I needed a suv with decent ground clearance as we have bumpy and mostly off roads in Arunachal Pradesh. So firstly I have compared all the mid range SUVs like create, venue, hyrider, grand Vitara and so on.  All the cars are good, attractive and most importantly on my budget. I was confuse between creata and grand vitara but as I compared the vehicles fuel efficiency and maintenance, I was convinced that I have to buy that car. Vitara gives a mileage of 20-28km per litre as creata only provides 16-20, which is very much low for a mid range SUV.  And on the second hand as I have mentioned we have mountain roads which are bumpy and mostly offroads which effects the vehicle and needed to service every 2 months. Normal servicing like oil change, airfilter cleaning and body check only cost 5000 to 7000 at max , whereas in creata a routine servicing cost around 10000 to 15000 Rs. The genuine spare parts of the vehicle is much less than the same parts of creata for eg an arm costs 45000 in vitara and the cost of arm for hyundai is 7000 and more. So we can see a very much difference in the same range vehicle. For safety, it has 6 airbags which is quiet good for an SUV. Two in the front, two on the side and two on the back. I find the car very attractive, muscle and bold looking with sleek full rail back light. Grand vitara has space for 5 people. seats are very much comfortable and made of different materials depends on the variant. One of the important thing it has is the bootspace of 265 - 373 litre with 60/40 functionality which is enough to carry your things, luggages on a trip or vacation . My grand vitara has the tyre size of 17 r and the spare tyre is of the same size whereas In creta the spare tyre is 1 inch smaller I.e 16 r. My car is two and half year old and still running in good condition though the condition depends on the maintenance also, for me the car is like part of my body which I have to take good care of and fed it well with the oils and keep it clean and the car responds extremely good too. I would recommend others also to take a test drive of vitara and you will feel what I am talking about, lastly lovely machine.

Awesome Car For Family. Interesting choice for smart people, I have drove it 80,000 kms in just 2.5 years and no complaints yet, in rainy season. Head lights is a bit concerning, front windshield is also a problem in rainy season due to fog, coming on windshield and visibility becomes a bit concerning for drivers, although I rate this car is a very good car for family.

Spacious, efficient and comfortable family car. The Car drives smoothly. Suspension and handling is great. No quality issues at all. Feature Loaded for the price tag. We got discounts of 2 lakh during purchase. Rear seat space is ample. Have done 1st servicing. Just the day before service, I got a minor dent and scratch on the left door( my fault ). The service guys assured me it was invisible and also covered it up for free. PROS: 1) Best in Class suspension and ride 2) Interior quality and nice leather finishing 3) Rear space and seat comfort 4) Many features for just 15.4 lakhs 5) 21 kmpl mileage with MILD HYBRID 6) Engine Refinement and noise insulation 7) 210mm ground clearance, SUV Looks CONS: 1) Underpowered engine, lacks response 2) Boot Space could be better

Cons of grand vitara:- 1.Steering feedback ( isse better baleno aur fronx ka hai ) 2.cheap quality feel( if you buy mid-top it's interior quality is not good bilkul fronx jaisa feel deta hai) 3.overtake karne me bilkul maja nhi aata agar 4-5 log baithe ho tab. 4. Maine isse nepal leke Gaya tha 5 log hills pr utna maja nhi aaya body roll tha bahot 5.6gear ka na hona manual me koi khas milege nhi milta 15-18 k bich milta hai max to max agar 100 pr chalao to (elevate me isse better milege mil jata hai on highway 19-20 kmpl ka aur wo 6th gear me low speed pr easily uth jati hai ) 6. Brakes utne bhi ache nhi hai jitna ki creta aur elevate k hai 7.headlight bhi utna koi khas nhi hai 8. Underpower to feel hoti hai kuch bhi bolo 9.grand vitara se kaafi better feel hoti hai brezza anytime bs thoda sa space km hai (15 lakh grand vitara pr Mt lagao ) *Ye creta seltos se jyada reliable hai but high speed pr wo powerful feel hoti hai. Bonus tip:- agr aapko 15-17 lakh me best car chaiye for 15-20 saal to Honda ka elevate lelo wo anyday grand vitara se better hai elevate 2nd-3rd-4th teeno gear me bohot jyada grunt hai aapko maja aa jayega iska engine 1.0 tsi k equivalent performance deta hai with bulletproof reliability Aur to aur corners pr sabse jyada stable hai close to taigun kushaq. Plus agar light foot chalao to 19-20kmpl ka bhi milege nikal deta hai 80-100 k speed pr Honda elevate manual is a gem 💎 but youtuber nhi batate agar aapko driving+top notch braking+ milege+ fir finish+ reliability+ consistent maintaince after 20 years u can easily go for it ( low sales k wajah se kahi kahi aapki zx top varient manual 15 lakh k price me on road mil jayega) Elevate me sirf ek hi cons hai jo aap damping kara k thik kar sakte ho nvh issue ko + traffic me iska milege 10-11 ka hi hai kyu ki iske 2nd gear ko kaafi torque k hisab se tune kiya hai. .maine zx Mt sig black book kr diya hai by cotation of 15.30 lakh perfect car for you and family.

Disappointing. Low pick up, low mileage of 10 km/l , technical glitches, feels too underpowered. Especially on highways, it's not easy to overtake anyone with this car. No premium finish and low enjoyment of driving. Definitely avoid

Best in Class. Maruti Grand Vitara Maruti Grand Vitara is a practical, spacious, and comfortable SUV with good looks and impressive fuel efficiency, especially in its hybrid variants. Its modern interior, comfortable ride, and high ground clearance are highlights, but it faces criticism for the less-than-premium feel of some plastics and a boot space that is smaller on the hybrid model. Some reviewers also note the rear seat might feel cramped for taller passengers, and the engine can be noisy when pushed hard.

GRAND VITARA. Grand vitara to start off has strong fundamentals like engine, very relible either of them and a great chassis all disc brakes a 4.3 meter, long proper SUV to rival, the likes of all stong creta and dominant seltos in market. having a hybrid in suit is the only car, which has introduced hybrid to masses and seam less e CVT without physical reverse, gear was great and the paint scheme especially nexa blue makes it. Premium and black colour poses elegance.

Bold Design And value for money. Maruti Grand Vitara Sigma is a practical, fuel-efficient midsize SUV with mild-hybrid petrol, good ride comfort, strong safety kit (6 airbags, ESP, hill-hold), and low running costs. It feels smooth in city driving and offers decent space, but the base Sigma lacks modern infotainment, has average engine punch and build quality that dents easily. Overall value choice if you want SUV presence with low cost, but consider higher trims for more features.

Great driving experience. Great driving experience, the looks of the car are very manly, good ground clearance and great road presence, the uphill journey was great, and gear shifts were smooth especially from 2nd to 3rd as we drove towards Darjeeling Returning after the evening, the lights were great, and comfortable seating conditions for 4 of us present in the car gave no problem at all.

The Truth of GV. I own a GV AWD next blue colour, The car is a perfect blend of style and luxury in this budget. Most of people don't know that GV has AWD, and I have driven it in snow as well, a little off-road and faced no problem. The fit and finish are good as compared to other maruti cars you don't feel you are sitting in a Maruti. The suspension is best compared to the competitors and the ride quality. As AWD, it is giving me mileage of 12-14kmpl. As we know, not all cars are perfect. There are some misses also by Maruti. The engine is great for the city as well as for mountains, but you might feel the engine is being choked in high altitude, it's not that it doesn't perform but you miss and wish for more power but thanks to sports mode in AWD variant it gives punch to the engine and it's very helpful. The sunshade of the sunroof could have been better than this price point. The tyres used are great in performance as those are s+m tyres (snow mud). The infotainment system is great, but the tuning could be better While buying GV, I studied everything about it the chassis, engine, AWD system, safety ratings, and whatnot and made my final decision, and I am happy I have done that. The only headache is to maintain the next blue colour People do criticise GV for power, but my variant having sports mode fulfils it. I recommend every mountain, person, or city person to buy this car. The maintenance is low, and MS is all over India. I would say stop believing non-official Reviewers on YouTube because they hardly understand the mechanics and the purpose of any product being launched by any company. I have driven my car around 25k so can bet you will not regret it. Unless you want Adas

Overall worth buying, looks great from outside, mileage is good and features are just mind blowing. Some colour variants are just stunning, has sunroof which is really great and further the car feels really comfortable from inside and safety features are also excellent.

Hi Paras, I have one major issue in my newly bought vehicle ( New Grand vitara 2025 Alpha plus strong hybrid) which is poor image quality ( blurred/hazzy) of factory fitted 360 degree camera . I did even raise this to dealer and raised complaint to maruti suzuki as well but not getting satisfactory response. Can anyone pls confirm me who bought the same variant also experiencing the same . Recently i asked them to get me test the camera with another new same model but unfortunately in that also camera quality was not convincing .

Since the Victoris GNCAP rating is out, Paras Bhai, you should know the weight of the car and sheet metal thickness has nothing to do with safety rating. The point is to keep the occupants safe. There's tons of accident videos of Seltos and Creta. Have a look and you'll see how bad it is with them. All heavier than this car which you diss so much. P.S - Owner of a 2023 Nov GV Sigma. 40.7k kms done. Zero issues. Also I own a Renault Kiger, Tata Altroz and a Baleno. So no, I'm not biased towards a brand. Please do better.

NICE CAR. Very smooth engine, safety, and interior are good. Mileage is good. Seats have to be more comfortable, but nice. AC is the best in this segment. The touchscreen is a little laggy. The gear knob is smooth, and the start-stop button is smooth. The sunroof in this segment is nice. Overall, the car is 87.5/100. The company can improve some things and make the car the best.

Buying GV HYBRID zeta plus at around 16.5L on road after exchanging my nano top model is a sensible decision? Main attraction mileage, CVT. Dukh - boot space, less premium interior. I am feeling as if I am investing around 17L or around 18 L without exchange in a car whose safety rating is not tested. Risk of battery around 2.8L after 8 years Availability of cars like seira, duster etc On the other hand willingness to buy Carens for 7 seats My daily running is 18 kms home office home. Makes around 6k yearly. Additionally client visit and family trips may increase it by another 4k or 5k yearly. I am a family of medium builts. 5.5 height etc. Another confusion is keeping Nano for learning purposes and an additional handy car. But that would increase my spend by around 65k. Should I keep Nano for another 1 or 2 years

I hate the size of the infotainment system. It looks so small when compared to the other brands. Also, the fabric sunroof cover is simply a cost-saving thing which increases the internal cabin heat and puts more pressure on the AC, thus reducing the mileage of the vehicle. 17 to 18 Kmpl mileage is not a miracle. It's too low for a hybrid vehicle. Suzuki India is just fooling people. Suzuki and Toyota are providing cheap products in the Indian market. Useless vehicles are introduced in India compared to the European market. That's the cheap mentality of the manufacturers. The reason for these cheap, low-quality vehicles is that India doesn't have strict quality control laws and safety measures. The Transport Ministry is totally corrupt and bent upon only charging road tax without utilizing the money on the improvement of the quality of roads. India has quality control standards, but which road construction company follows them!? Every Minister is well fed by the contractors and corruption is the roat cause of the non-development of this country. This country with this corrupt administration will never come up and develop like the countries in the GCC. Even a temporary road made in the GCC is much better in quality than the highways made in India! Shame on the people in the Indian administration and the manufacturers of the vehicles in India.
