High service cost. Buying expensive is good. I am using 2020 Nexon ZX + petrol manual. Till now I have driven 57k on it. After 53000 kilometers, engine oil and coolant is mixed, and it cost me high service. Even before that the service cost is too much. They charge a minimum of 13K - 14K oil change service. Tata service cost is high. ( till now I didi it see it in any reviews.) Tata service cost is high, according to me. Once they 14K for spare parts and 14K for labour cost. Once central locking system not working. They replaced just a part which is on the driver's side and it cost me 3.5K. After 40K kilometres, the car started asking for more service, and it cost a lot compared to below 40K kilometres Mileage:- City - one I got less than 8, but it will not show in the console. ( in console 8 is least). Some time get around 9KM/L Highway:- with 4 ppl and full load of boot. It will give me around 14-15kmpl. Alone drive max I got around 18kmpl. (Careful driving) Once I have a vacation and it’s a trip of 3000 kilometers, full load of car, driven roughly, it gave me around 12.5kmpl. My city run is less and more on highway with family. I did not changed tires till now, they are good. Vehicle is stable on the highway and good too. Strangely till now service center ppl are good to me. Now I have to start visiting local garage/service centers to save my pocket. Pros:- vehicle itself is high reliable and good. Cons:- service centers and service cost and parts cost.

Nexon: City Chic, Rugged Charm. Hey, I am driving Tata Nexon last 1 year more then 5000 KM, its really comfortable, amazing car with powerful engine but there is chance of improvement, I observed city millage 8 -9/ Km and highway 13-14, some time software issue in system, back seat belt also problematic when 3 people will sit together, its point outside of seat and making discomfort to everyone and most important in new model horn is in middle of staring its not easily reachable when driving.

Tata Nexon - A comfortable companion.. I've put the Tata Nexon through its paces with two highway trips of nearly 300km each and tossed it around 50km in city traffic. Mileage-wise, it's been a bit of a mixed bag. On open highways, the Nexon impressed me with a solid ~19 km/l, but drop into city chaos and it sipped fuel at 12-13 km/l. Totally expected, but worth noting if you're city-bound often. Comfort's where the Nexon shines. The ride's plush, swallowing potholes and bumps like a pro, and the backseat's got heaps of space – perfect for squished families or buddy-filled outings. You’ll feel at home. The engine's another story when you push it hard; it gets a bit gruff and unrefined, reminding you it's doing its best. But ease off the pedal, drive smooth, and it transforms into an easy, stress-free cruiser. All in all, the Nexon’s a practical, spacious daily driver that kills it on highways and copes decently with city madness. If you value comfort, space, and safety (that 5-star NCAP rating’s a big win), and don’t mind the engine’s mood swings, the Nexon’s a solid pick.

Tata should improve.. Writing after 4 month and 10k km drive 1. Most problematic think is seat belt warning sound too much high, when 2 person sitting who going to get belt on back seat.. 2. Without fog lamp headlight are just waste on turning road 3. We take company fitted infotainment system and player but need to connect with data cable for Google map, better I have fitted outside china material 4. Mileage is ok but drop too much while in city or when road is not ok... Drop from 20 to direct 14-15.

Middle class choice. I have purchased Tata Nexon Pure Plus S variant in August. As of now, I have ride 5000 kms. My previous one is Tata Tigor. Now, Tata has improved a lot. Noise level has been reduced by a lot. Building quality is awesome. Features, comfort, and ride quality are excellent. Daily, I am travelling 80 km in heavy traffic. Got mileage of 14 to 15. Tata safety, everyone knows. I have a small issue. Gear shifting, especially to 6th gear and reverse gear, I have a problem. I heard a crank Noise. During the 1st Service in have informed to the team. Still not yet resolved. Vehicle quality is good but Tata has to improve its Service to withstand in cutthroat competition.

Looks, performance, safety.. The buying experience with the Tata Nexon was smooth. The dealership staff were helpful, explained the variants clearly, and the delivery process was hassle-free. Finance and documentation were handled quickly. Driving the Nexon daily has been enjoyable. The 1.2L turbo petrol engine offers good low-end torque for city traffic, and it feels stable on highways too. The suspension absorbs potholes well, which is great for Indian roads. Steering is light at low speeds and weights up nicely at higher speeds. Mileage averages around 14-16 kmpl in mixed conditions. Looks-wise, it stands out with its muscular stance, LED DRLs, and bold front grille. The cabin feels premium for the price, with good fit and finish, a responsive infotainment system, and comfortable seats for 4 adults. Safety is a major plus with its 5-star GNCAP rating. Servicing at Tata service centres is decent, but wait times can vary. Maintenance costs are reasonable if you follow the service schedule. Pros*: Safety, build quality, features, ride comfort. Cons*: Turbo lag at low RPM, infotainment can lag occasionally. Tip*: Keep tyre pressure checked monthly and use genuine parts.

Have bought the fearless 45. Good car. Driven 12000 km in 4 months. Nothing visibly negative. Only problem is the charging gun release issue. Heard that it's the actuator problem. Good for fixed route movement where you can charge only at your home using the 3.3 kw charger. Some issues where the infotainment system becomes non responsive. Use mainly in highway driving. Almost 95%.

Sleek, Stealthy, and Ready for the Road. The Tata Nexon Dark Edition isn't just a car; it’s a design statement. From the moment you see that deep, \"Atlas Black\" finish paired with the darkened 16-inch alloys, it’s clear this SUV is built for those who prefer a more aggressive, sophisticated presence on the road. The \"Dark\" badge on the fender adds a subtle touch of exclusivity that sets it apart from the standard lineup. Step inside, and the theme continues with a premium, all-black interior. The dark upholstery and tri-arrow perforations give the cabin a modern, sporty feel that is much easier to maintain than lighter alternatives. Despite the dark tones, the cabin feels spacious, and the ergonomics remain top-notch. Performance-wise, the Nexon continues to impress with its solid build quality and a 5-star safety rating that provides immense peace of mind. The engine is punchy enough for highway cruises, while the light steering makes city manoeuvres effortless. The infotainment system is crisp, and the ventilated seats are a blessing in warmer climates. If you are looking for a compact SUV that balances unmatched safety with a head-turning, \"murdered-out\" aesthetic, the Nexon Dark Edition remains the gold standard in its segment.

Nexon piku. Review after 6 months of usage: The Tata Nexon XZ+ S MT is my car. Initially felt like the clutch was a little laggy For beginners like me, having driving modes is so useful as Sports drive mode is very punchy :) Loved the speakers. The sound is loud and clear Design wise both interior and exterior looks beautiful. 5* GNCAP rating - we can feel the car's presence every time and also solid build quality gives so much confidence both in cities and highways. Space inside the cabin is good and comfortable Ground clearance of 209mm is too good on any road. I went on 3 long journey trips travelling days and nights with 5 people in the car. So didn't face any issues anytime Sunroof is decent Can hear some engine noise due to 3 cylinder engine in Petrol but we can get used to it. So no worries for me. Getting decent mileage. On highways around 17–20. In the city around 12–15.

My uncle bought a tata tiago in 2017 and in 2019 he sold it because of High maintenance and after 40k km, the instrument cluster Always show engine light even after leaving car for 1 month on service center they still didn't solved the issues after that be sold the car with disappointment because of resale value and also tata service centre staff is not as good and experienced in terms of Costomer and their interests. In 2020 he bought a hyundai I20 and he is very happy now, what i want to say that tata's Service cost and maintenance is higher compared to other companies like hyundai, suzuki and Honda they should focus on building reliable engine rather than launching new cars. Companies like toyota and suzuki has the most reliable and smooth engine in the market uptill now and now three more companies also Joined this list with Hyundai, Kia and mahinda i don't know about kia but Mahindra also have major reliability issues in electronic Components not in engine but i don't know their Maintenance cost because i own toyota Innova crsyta but j drove a XuV700 and that was the smoothest engine with low sound compared to my innova and also ignore my grammer and some English errors.

It's not a car it's emotion. The Tata Nexon has received a five-star safety rating from the BNCAP authorities. Six airbags are standard on this SUV, and it also has features like a blind-spot monitor, auto headlamps, and rain-sensing wipers. There are other features like an auto-dimming IRVM, three-point seatbelts for all seats, and a rear defogger. It also benefits from improved visibility from the 360-degree surround view system with front parking sensors. Negatives: The Tata Nexon is not offered with ADAS features.

I bought red nexon diesel.manual same model XZ+ September 2017. 1st batch. In the 2nd month I did not had a clear idea and hit a divider. The right wheel link got damaged. After that never had an accident. Done 59000 kms mileage 17-18 kmpl. Last month I had to work on front suspension but it was only small spares. Except the headlights, I really have no problems. I thought of changing my car from last 4 months and I watched videos on xuv700 and safari. But I really don't like any option except slavia or vw. But the car prices, insurance and mileage are not very promising.

Class-leading vehicle in its segment. The Tata Nexon facelift offers an impressive driving experience with great design, solid build quality, and commendable features. However, the low mileage of 8-9 km/l in city conditions is a significant drawback. If Tata could optimize the mileage, it would elevate the Nexon to being a truly class-leading vehicle in its segment.

Is Tata Nexon Worth It? My Real Experience. Recently got my hands on the Tata Nexon, and overall it’s been a solid experience. On highways, the mileage really stands out — long drives feel efficient and smooth, making it a great companion for road trips. However, in city traffic, the fuel efficiency does take a noticeable hit, which is something to keep in mind for daily commuting. One thing I genuinely appreciate is the build quality. The car feels sturdy and well-planted, giving a strong sense of safety and confidence behind the wheel. That said, it’s not without flaws. The infotainment system can be a bit inconsistent — there were moments when Apple CarPlay simply refused to connect, even after multiple tries, which can get frustrating. All in all, it’s a dependable SUV with strong highway performance and reassuring build, but with a few tech hiccups and city mileage concerns.

Tata nexon was a trust worthy and reliable. The Tata Nexon truly stands out as one of the most versatile compact SUVs in its segment. Having driven it extensively, here’s my take: 1. Driving Comfort & Handling The driving position is elevated, giving a commanding view of the road. The steering feels light in the city and weighs up nicely at higher speeds, making highway drives more confident. The suspension is well-tuned, absorbing potholes and rough patches with ease. 2. Engine Performance The Nexon comes with both petrol and diesel options, and both are responsive. The petrol is peppy and smooth for city rides, while the diesel delivers strong torque, perfect for highway cruising and long drives. The drive modes (Eco, City, Sport) genuinely make a difference – Sport mode especially brings out the best performance. 3. Safety & Stability One of the strongest points of the Nexon is its 5-star GNCAP safety rating. The car feels planted even at triple-digit speeds, with minimal body roll thanks to its solid build and stability control features. 4. Cabin Experience Inside, the cabin is premium with good quality materials. Seats are comfortable for long journeys, and the infotainment system with Android Auto/Apple CarPlay works seamlessly. Rear passengers also get decent legroom and AC vents for comfort.

Detailed review for review for Tata Nexon. Let me start with buying experience: Buying this car, I had a great experience as they even provide customisations for this car so you don't have to buy a upper model for some features, you can directly install them in the base too which is a plus point and didn't have any problem purchasing. Driving experience is so good as it has decent space for a compact SUV, It drives very smoothly if you keep it maintained and Its sports mode makes it quite fast while providing comfort but It drains the fuel too. The looks are so good for this price and the performance and comfort it provides is worth the money. However people complain about the after-sales service, I didn't have any problem in my area service centre, they were very good and provided such a good service so it seems like a area to area thing, you can search about your area before considering this. Servicing is not very costly it's decent. There are so many pros for this, Good looks, good customisation availability, parts availability, good performance, good comfort and decent space. It's worth the money. Only con is the fuel economy if you drive this in sports it will drain so fast but if you drive it in eco it will give decent mileage while providing good performance. The service centre or after-sales service is the major con for Tata cars as they are 3rd party mostly so they do whatever they want. Just a pro tip, Search about your area service centre before buying any Tata cars.

Not so cool features of Nexon - TGDi engine missing which is more suited for the car, drum brakes at the rear with smaller wheels ( 210/55/R17 for all wheels), could've used the 2560mm wheelbase of the Curvv in the newer facelift (wouldn't count as facelift though but would be better), missing middle seat passenger headrest.
