Hey Shumi! I had commented on your previous video about my experience with the Hunter 350, so sharing a more detailed update here. I bought my bike in December 2022, and it’s currently at 20,000 km on the ODO, mostly used for short rides and daily office commutes. Although it is a long comment but would recommend to read this if you own hunter. 🔧 Issues & Fixes Rear Suspension Issue I completely agree with you on the rear shocker problem. At 80–90 km/h, even small bumps made the rear feel unstable—almost like the backend could throw you off. ➡ I upgraded the rear shockers in September last year, which cost me around ₹3200 (including installation). Result: Massive improvement in stability and confidence. ⛽ Fuel Efficiency Observation One thing I’ve noticed is that E20-compatible models (post-April 2023) seem to have lower fuel efficiency (below 30 km/l)—not sure how Royal Enfield managed that. ➡ On my bike, I’m consistently getting 30–35 km/l, even with: BMC Air Filter NGK Double Iridium Spark Plugs 🛠 Mods & Recommendations 1. Engine Oil Upgrade After warranty, I’d strongly recommend switching to full synthetic oil instead of the stock one. ✔ Reduced heating ✔ Noticeably less tappet noise 2. Handlebar Upgrade I switched to the newer Hunter handlebar. ✔ More upright posture ✔ Better riding triangle ✔ More comfort on longer rides 🔜 Upcoming Change Planning to upgrade tyres soon to Apollo Tramplr XR for better road grip and performance. ⚠ Clutch Upgrade Warning For those thinking of upgrading the clutch: ❌ I wouldn’t recommend it. Yes, it may feel lighter, but it doesn’t function as intended compared to the newer Hunter models. 🆕 New Hunter vs Old After riding the 2025 Hunter 350, I made these changes—and honestly, they’ve significantly improved ride quality. Also, worth noting: ➡ Post-April 2023 models come with a speed limiter, capping top speed around 120–125 km/h (as reported by multiple riders). Hope this helps fellow Hunter 350 owners and buyers! 🙌
