Ground clearance is very good and look is really great in this segment, overall realible SUV with toyoto brand and feel comfortable on long drive. Missing some features like music system and cruise control in base model.

Not a good value for money. Poor product and Repair Service quality. Gearshift hard-striking while engaging, especially during upshift from 2nd to 3rd. Incab wind noise beyond 80kmph - wind noise from the LH top area of the codriver seat. Poor plastic quality - AC vents break even when the vehicle runs over potholes are high speeds, noise from doors while driving when small objects are kept in it due to vibration. Noisy combi switch operation - Hard and noisy operation, especially in the indicator and high beam lever. Slow pickup - overtaking is mostly not possible without downshift, the vehicle getting off when moved with the clutch engaged from static. Hard suspension - poor ride comfort in mild bumps, also. The volume button in the steering is not working sometimes. Poor 2nd row space for 3 members - 3 head rests given for name sake, only 2 members can sit comfortably.

Exceeding Expectations: A Real-World Review of My New Mid-Size SUV!. I bought the car at Anamalais Toyota. Their service was excellent. Along with all the accessories (360-degree camera, Apple CarPlay, interior floor work, seat covers, spare wheel, etc.), the final price was ₹14.75 L (before the GST reform). The company claimed 21 kmpl, but I received around 19-20 kmpl on the highway and 10-13 kmpl in the city, which is more than my expectation for a 1.5 L engine. The riding experience, maintenance, and comfort are all good. I strongly recommend buying this mid-size SUV base model instead of opting for a 1.2 L sub-4 meter SUV.

Proudly using hyryder neo varient for last 1 year and run 8000 km. The car feels so good and due to low weight the engine power never felt less. Plus when you get fuel economy of 18kmpl (city +highway) even with E20, what the bro has said never comes to your mind. Go for hyryder 😊😊😊

I have been driving my Hyryder mild hybrid for more than 2years, around 20k kms. This is practical car with good looks, perfect suspension setup for Indian roads, practical cabin, good mileage, not ratlling noise, good engine. I say engine is ok for normal driving but if you want that punch then you need to keep the rpm more than 2500 then only you get that punch.

Honest Review Of My Toyota Hyryder. My car gives good mileage but there is a little week in the performance. I am very happy with my car. I like the best thing about it because of the reliability of Toyota. I had taken the car at the same price. Other cars do not compete with it. Toyota's market presence is also very good. I liked it, better than other cars in this price range. I bought it on 5th February 2026. It did not disappoint me.

Smooth,Luxurious and best in its category. My car has driven over 10k within 10 months, and I am very much satisfied with its overall performance. For a petrol car and that too of a high CC engine, it's giving mileage of 15 Km/ltr in the city and above 20 km/ltr on the highway.So Happy & Satisfied

My Hyryder (Strong Hybrid) gives 22-23 kmpl in city and higher on highways. 3rd service is not done yet. Using cruise control on highways increases the mileage compared to manual acceleration.

A good daily commute. This car's performance is not good but for daily commute it's a good car and give a very good fuel economy and a good family car and also the built quality of this car is not good As well. And can't expect a very good quality but the seating comfort is very good which gives you captain seats as well and compatitively a very good daily driven and also a family car not recommended for long drives all of these are my concern.

Perfect family car. Max fuel efficiency I’m getting in this segment, not too fun but not even boring, linear power delivery, very good reliability, good comfort and a good-looking car, best in class fuel efficient.

Best Car In The Segment. It is a fantastic car and its mileage is very good. I enjoyed driving this car it runs very smoothly and its performance is unbelievable. When I saw this car I was astonished to see this car and its real world mileage. It is best car in this segment and I can say proudly that this car is perfect for middle class family.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder E NeoDrive. Badging of the Toyota engine Maruti and expensive by 35000 for an extended warranty the car is okay but Toyota should give it an engine for better results same as the Grand Vitara doesn't feel like Toyota will recommend Grand Vitara instead of the Hyryder base model not available easily whether Toyota doesn't want low price vehicle to be sold.

Fastest Car. My driving experience is not so good. I do own it, but not satisfied with the car performance and durability. In this price range, many better option are available like Creta, Venue, Brezza, etc. Its petrol engine is very silent but does not generate power at all.

Grossly underpowered, Cheap materials, Regret.. At the show room where I purchased - Nippon Toyota Thiruvalla, Kerala, the sales people have a bad attitude (Take it or leave it) and on top of that gave false information about registration, insurance etc. The showroom seems to be just riding the Toyota fame, and runs this showroom like a government office. Coming to the car, It has poor pickup, and power for the size and weight. For this money you will be better of getting a diesel automatic, if you want the Mileage, Experience and the satisfaction of driving! This hybrid car will only give the regular Petrol car mileage - 13 KMPL, if you drive it as an enthusiast. To get a mileage > 20 KMPL, you need to be over-conscious and meticulous like a machine - gradual acceleration, slow braking for the regenerative action to kick-in, and drive this car below 80 KM/Hr at all times. I felt this car is grossly under-powered and lacks any punch. This car has a poor body shape. I bought it for the Mileage promise and family preference. The parts of this car feels like a cheap car, the cabin is noisy from the under-powered 3 cylinder engine, squeeky plastic parts - especially if your leg hits the middle partition - plastics. This feels a lot like a lower-end Maruti car. Not what you pay 25 Lakh Rupees. The service has been okay till now. But they keep increasing the part in weeks time and charge you the new rates! like its gold. Overall, the only Pro I find in this car is, it forces you to not commit any petty traffic violations - because you drive slow for the mileage, you can't overtake at will, and the safety rating is questionable. So if you want to pay a huge price to make yourself a disciplined driver, go buy it!

I have owned a mild hybrid automatic since 2022. I find the comfort and suspension is very well tuned. The ride is great with good handling and also excellent braking. The drive is not as exciting but with paddle shifters in automatic you can really push it if you want to rush. Its quite a complete package for sensible drivers
