Royal Enfield Classic 350: A little short to be called Royal. Purchase of this bike was an impulsive decision. I was inclined towards bikes with modern features. However, something about this bike made me buy it the moment I saw one in the showroom. However, after purchase the story did not remain the same. Following were the merits and demerits I faced owning this bike: Merits: 1. Looks 2. The satisfaction while taking it for a ride 3. Guaranteed second look every time you park. 4. The Royal Enfield thump, obviously Demerits: 1. Absolutely low value for money quotient 2. Poor paint job, especially around the headlights that would chip off just after 2 years 3. Pitting corrosion 4. Faulty fuel gauge - bummer for such a world class brand 5. Above all within 20k km, I had to repair/replace the throttle body twice 6. The very fact that you should accept a long range of niggles that arises on a bike that costs above 2.5 lakhs, like, never rigid rear view mirrors. I have Hunter 350, purchased on April 2023. Till date ridden it for 35974 KM. I have modified its rear shockers with Classic 350 reborn rear shock absorbers and Meteor 350 handlebar for better comfort. Honestly speaking this changed a whole lot of thing for my height of 5' 8. No major issues faced till date except sudden stalling once, which later on was corrected. Apart from this changed the chain sprocket once and changed both the tyres once. Mileage I am getting is around 35-38 kmpl, which comprises of city, highway and other terrains.

2020 BS6 Classic Gunmetal Grey owner . Ridden around 27600KM from Agartala to Tawang/Meghalay and what not in the first 2 years and then from last 3 yrs only 2000 KMs ridden.. 😂 Now facing lots of issues like loose battery connection / battery belt missing/ relay issue/ trafficator issue and many more because of inefficient service and parts unavailabilty in my area. Though I had many good memories with my machine , but now in pain. Thinking of selling it and upgrading to may be a himalayan or something

I don't have RE classic but i own a bs4 splendor pro . We (me & my bike) completed happily 1.38 lakh km in 11 years . Till now not any major problems and never broke down on road. Now I'm planning to purchase ROYAL ENFIELD SCRAM 440 😊.

Own CLASSIC Reborn . 3+ years of ownership. 55,500 km approx. No issues with reliability. Only 2 cons - Cruising speed. 80-90 kmph feels a bit slow on open highways. It holds 80-90 kmph easily. But anything more than that is a struggle. And I would say vibes after 90 kmph. Both of these cons matches yours. Mileage - 32-33kmpl. City. Highway - 37+ kmpl. Very good bike overall. Ride feel is very good.

Mai vi 2.5 sall se meteor 350 own karta hu. 25000km chala chuka jada se jada city salme 2 -3 bar highway & off-road pe chala leta hu. Till now koivi issues nehi he. 5000 km pe engine oil change or survice karwatahu. Around 24000 chain kit change aur tyre or clatch cable change Kia hu. Survice vi 150cc ki tarahi he 2000rs

Major issues I faced after riding stealth black for a year. Engine heating Vibration after 80 km/hr Fit and finish Front mud guard won't save you from water splash from road during rain. Fog in meter console if kept in open during rainy season. Rusting.

Cb350 highness a much better one. My personal experience of 4 plus year ownership and having covered 55k kms with almost nil issues till date. Getting mileage of 34 km in city and 43 avg in long runs. Engine, gearbox, stability of hness is next level.

@Brain I have same bike and facing same issues you mentioned. I get the kee... sound from back, tick tick should, also metal sound from front wheel. Service center is unable to fix and I have already completed 2 services. Also, I have this issue too - mirror alignment is worst for my bike, I don't get the view from my both the mirrors. Help me how can I fix and how should I speak to service center for proper fix.

Hello Fellow Riders!! Issues faced by me, 1. In rainy season, after my classic gets bath in rain.. front brakes looses its grip.. 2. Headlight is a problem.. major one.. I fixed an AUX one.. 3. Chain health is a major issue.. especially in rainy season... it needs critical care.. 4. Instrument cluster is full of glitches.. service centers can't fix them.. all of a sudden engine check light comes... stays for 2-3 days... then suddenly disappears.. Completed 13000 kms .. RE service network needs attention..

I've just done 800 miles mostly on motorways (UK) on my Classic 350. Loaded up with light luggage, she had no problems cruising at the speed limit of 70mph. No probs overtaking trucks who are limited to 60mph. Mods are DNA, decat and a 16T chain sprocket....she's quite capable thankyou. BTW, mine's a 'Stealth Black' named Brynne, and several times I've had people including Anglo-Indian, come to admire her. She's a keeper.
