Looks, performance, safety.. The buying experience with the Tata Nexon was smooth. The dealership staff were helpful, explained the variants clearly, and the delivery process was hassle-free. Finance and documentation were handled quickly. Driving the Nexon daily has been enjoyable. The 1.2L turbo petrol engine offers good low-end torque for city traffic, and it feels stable on highways too. The suspension absorbs potholes well, which is great for Indian roads. Steering is light at low speeds and weights up nicely at higher speeds. Mileage averages around 14-16 kmpl in mixed conditions. Looks-wise, it stands out with its muscular stance, LED DRLs, and bold front grille. The cabin feels premium for the price, with good fit and finish, a responsive infotainment system, and comfortable seats for 4 adults. Safety is a major plus with its 5-star GNCAP rating. Servicing at Tata service centres is decent, but wait times can vary. Maintenance costs are reasonable if you follow the service schedule. Pros*: Safety, build quality, features, ride comfort. To the question why I am hesitant to switch to ev : To someone who has never been to service centre ( apart from sending the car for regular 10k km service) , I find it hard to convince myself buying something which had shown consistent niggles. Personally yet to see anybody who hasn't had zero problems with ev on higher mileage. Two of my friends had battery replaced, and both had many small issues leading to frequent service centre visits. My brezza diesel is economic to run, now at 1.3 L km in 8 years, and I get it serviced at a fng , with minimum service bills. Lot more change in quality and service from TATA is needed for me to switch to ev in the future.

Nexon Pure Plus (S) petrol worst buying experience. I bought a Tata Nexon Pure Plus (S) in May'25, which was the worst decision of my life. It started creating problems since starting, like the electronic system is not good of all Tata cars and noise from the front steering rack. I visited many times Tata service centre within 3 months of buying the car, and the issue has not been fixed yet. After the service of Tata is so pathetic, whereas I had never faced any issues with my previous car Hyundai. People should never go by the 5star ratings because safety is concern but no one buy the new car to visit frequently in service centre to get the issue fixed. So choose the reliable brand and enjoy your driving experience with the car.

After 2 to 3 years the battery will get dead + pick up issue in economy mode but city mode will give you good pickup+ stock tyres will get chipping after 30k -35 k km of usage + avg service...pros: excellent build quality+ confident driving experience+ very good cabin space + excellent ac cooling+ front seats are very comfortable comfortable....my overall experience after 4.5 years (43 k km ) .... recently I changed all 4 tyres .. upgraded to continental uc6...

Bought xza plus after meeting him and watching his video and also taken feedback from billlu biker. Drove 80K in 7 yrs, no problem till date and only regular service, no tyres change yet, highway mileage 25-27km and in city 19-20km, Nexon rocks, no rusting since I take care and get it washed only when needed with no hard water, no brakes and any part change yet. Only engine oil, coolant and filters at regular intervals

They kept my nexon diseal car for 4 months just to diagnose the coolant leak and fix head gasket.. car travelled 3 service center by them only and they broken startup motor between that duration and they made me pay for new startup motor extra telling it received broken only..

Tata Nexon Pure 1.2 Petrol 6MT. Literally nobody cares about your complaint about poor service, very helpless. I dont think other brands will make customers suffer this way. People go for TATA cars because it's an indian brand, and they are like cheaters.

Dear Sir, I have a tata nexon xms dec 2021 50000km run. Dealer has check and repair its head and tpt seal 15 days ago and white smog again comes the change its pcv valve again after 3 days again white smog comes tatamotor sent me his repetitive number but he did not call me after wait I call him and explain the thing but did not get any solution and I sent my car to dada motor but his online view are very bad. But we don't has any other option. Very unhappy with tata. I miss my Maruti auto is much better this nexon. I miss u alto where u are.😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔😔

My uncle bought a tata tiago in 2017 and in 2019 he sold it because of High maintenance and after 40k km, the instrument cluster Always show engine light even after leaving car for 1 month on service center they still didn't solved the issues after that be sold the car with disappointment because of resale value and also tata service centre staff is not as good and experienced in terms of Costomer and their interests. In 2020 he bought a hyundai I20 and he is very happy now, what i want to say that tata's Service cost and maintenance is higher compared to other companies like hyundai, suzuki and Honda they should focus on building reliable engine rather than launching new cars. Companies like toyota and suzuki has the most reliable and smooth engine in the market uptill now and now three more companies also Joined this list with Hyundai, Kia and mahinda i don't know about kia but Mahindra also have major reliability issues in electronic Components not in engine but i don't know their Maintenance cost because i own toyota Innova crsyta but j drove a XuV700 and that was the smoothest engine with low sound compared to my innova and also ignore my grammer and some English errors.

My Nexon is 5 year old, XZ+ petrol, 70k km Problems I faced- 1. Had to change the infotainment screen after about 3 years 2. The USB input used for Android auto does not work well with any cable and no service centre has been able to rectify the issue.

Meri tiago 2017 make petrol, 1.04 lakh kms done. Recently changed few suspension parts, AC condenser and had power window failure one door, and with bit of rattle otherwise the car is mechanically sound, and gives highway mileage of 21kmpl.

Really I have many bad experience with Tata Nexon Diesel 2020 model.. Terrible TATA service... repeated coolant oil leakage no dealer in coimbatore rectified it and I sold my Nexon with 1,16,500 kms driven and took Honda Elevate ❤❤...

Sir Nexon no doubt ...gadi bahot hi achhi hai ... Me ak new driver hu.. meri gadi 25 dec25 ki hai highway milege car ne mujhe 21.5 ka nikal kar diya hai ... Without serving... First service k bad mai abhi chalaya hi nhi hu...and first servicing mai apne samne kraya tha ... Kuchh nhi karte hai .. sirf. Car wash, oil check , break check and all symbolic light check kiya tha.. battery check and coolent thoda kam tha to wo dala tha .. joki sab free of cost tha ... Sirf mere se windshield wiper water sampoo ka rs 80 rupees liya tha ...wo bhi mujh se puchh ke hi dala tha wo logo ne .... Over all me satisfied hu..my car Nexon and tata frontier service team JBP se ..... Ak bat or ... City me sir car kabhi bhi dekha hu 1st,2rd, maximum 3rd gear and speed Maxmm 35 nhi to 10,20 speed hi use ho pata hai ... Jabki car me total 6 gear diya hai ..to itne down gear and speed me 7 to 8 se uper ka milege nhi mil pata hai ...

Could improve more by service. The exterior looks much better than the previous one, The Interior is quite good but lots of road noise is there and the transmission is not smooth but when it comes to mileage and safety it is good and there is no proper service from the service center.

Is it good to buy in petrol automatic? I keep hearing about the after sales service complaints. Is it that much of a deal breaker or can I go ahead with the car?

I got my top end Nexo serviced in Bangalore, 3rd free service just for 5600 rs. He must have got add-on like underbody paint, silencer coating etc. standard 3rd service with all fluids change, wheel alignment and all is well within 6000
