Think Before Buying. I have bought this car before 6months, but mileage is not as mentioned by them, I am not getting mileage above 16, if i take within the city mileage is too bad its almost 12, and also the build quality is too low, if anything slightly touches the body becomes dent, I personally feel this car is only meant for yellow board drivers and not good for personal use.

Not a good value for money. Poor product and Repair Service quality. Gearshift hard-striking while engaging, especially during upshift from 2nd to 3rd. Incab wind noise beyond 80kmph - wind noise from the LH top area of the codriver seat. Poor plastic quality - AC vents break even when the vehicle runs over potholes are high speeds, noise from doors while driving when small objects are kept in it due to vibration. Noisy combi switch operation - Hard and noisy operation, especially in the indicator and high beam lever. Slow pickup - overtaking is mostly not possible without downshift, the vehicle getting off when moved with the clutch engaged from static. Hard suspension - poor ride comfort in mild bumps, also. The volume button in the steering is not working sometimes. Poor 2nd row space for 3 members - 3 head rests given for name sake, only 2 members can sit comfortably.

It is an ideal choice for people looking for a stylish, practicall and premium family car the first thing that catches your attention is its attractive exterior design. I think in this price range this is the best SUV. I have been driving this from 2023 and i have no problem with this SUV, it is also very fuel efficient.

Loved the car with the front looks and build quality. The Car looks good, and to be honest, it gives many features even in the lowest variants like cruise and all that, but I loved this car by the looks and everything.

Overall Review. I bought this car in Jan 2026 and using it for last 6 months. Based on my experiance the mileage was pretty good, I can able to claim 22Km/L in city and 19 to 20 Km/L in Highways, and comfort is another good thing in this car, esspecially the rear seat comfort and the suspension is super cool. The performace of the car was not so good but enough for a family car and also the features are seems very limited compare to other cars in this segment and build quality is not that good, overall a great car.

As as small family of 4 , this turns out to be agreed addition in my family and since we wanted a strong Hybrid , this so the best or it’s two. Sister (grand vitara) both are best in the hybrid segment for the price they come. About build quality no issues and Interuor and exterior also looks elegant and more traditional . Yeah boot space is comprised a bit but that’s fine , for a family for 4 it is still managble one . Overall a good car at good price without Toyota trust and reliability

Grossly underpowered, Cheap materials, Regret.. At the show room where I purchased - Nippon Toyota Thiruvalla, Kerala, the sales people have a bad attitude (Take it or leave it) and on top of that gave false information about registration, insurance etc. The showroom seems to be just riding the Toyota fame, and runs this showroom like a government office. Coming to the car, It has poor pickup, and power for the size and weight. For this money you will be better of getting a diesel automatic, if you want the Mileage, Experience and the satisfaction of driving! This hybrid car will only give the regular Petrol car mileage - 13 KMPL, if you drive it as an enthusiast. To get a mileage > 20 KMPL, you need to be over-conscious and meticulous like a machine - gradual acceleration, slow braking for the regenerative action to kick-in, and drive this car below 80 KM/Hr at all times. I felt this car is grossly under-powered and lacks any punch. This car has a poor body shape. I bought it for the Mileage promise and family preference. The parts of this car feels like a cheap car, the cabin is noisy from the under-powered 3 cylinder engine, squeeky plastic parts - especially if your leg hits the middle partition - plastics. This feels a lot like a lower-end Maruti car. Not what you pay 25 Lakh Rupees. The service has been okay till now. But they keep increasing the part in weeks time and charge you the new rates! like its gold. Overall, the only Pro I find in this car is, it forces you to not commit any petty traffic violations - because you drive slow for the mileage, you can't overtake at will, and the safety rating is questionable. So if you want to pay a huge price to make yourself a disciplined driver, go buy it!

Best car in mid budget. My friend bought it and I just drove a few kms after that I realized that this is the best car for a mid-size budget for people who trust Toyota go for it it will never ditch you buy it.

I have been using it since 2023. The mild hybrid is value for money. Very good on highways. Good mileage. The plastic quality is not upto the competitors. Good cabin space. 13-14 in (in heavy traffic 12max)cities and 18-20 on highways if you drive around 80km/l.

Very nice carGood for long trips. Segment's best suspension at village roads and highways trust me i have driven it 650km non stop handling steering response is better than other cars in segment even the brake assist is better than creta and seltos personally i have taken it to 191+km/ph with traction off at 5500rpm toyota should release the limiter at 5500rpm on 5th gears to 6300 rpm like other gears then it should be able to do 200kmph+ easily with mileage of 10kmph at 90kmph it gives 21 mileage very nice

Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. It more feels like Maruti cars, low quality plastics and switches, too much local like Maruti plastic smells bad. For mileage you have to pay premium. Overpriced by easily 1.5 to 2 lakhs. Mileage is only positive in this car. The cons in this car is there is a single headlamps, no fog lamps and cornering lamps. Big tunnel intrudes for middle passenger. Bad boot space. Bad head room for rear passengers. The sunshade is very thin, easily can tear off. Always allows lot heat and light. Only mileage can surprise you.

Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder. It is like mini fortuner.The awesome features like any 360 degree camera, voice assistance, headup display, ventilated seat and smoothdriving and the build quality is very good like Toyota Innova crysta.

Build quality is not same for hyryder and grand vitara… try comparing the bonut and door weight etc

Driving experience. Steering operational is awesome, the engine thrust sound is not coming into the cabin which is good. Rest all is good. AC cooling is awesome with European-esque styling going for it.

Over priced. Over priced all variants. Its absolute foolishness of buying this car at this price range. Of course it is Toyota . No doubt on reliability. Build quality and looks also good. But Price could be less.

Best car in this segment. Best car in this segment, worth for your money. I used this car for two months, Driving experience is very amazing, It is very comfortable for sitting, front and rear seat also very comfortable, you got best mileage in this segment, approximately it gives 22 kilometers, Build quality also strong and reliable in this segment.

Nice SUV from Toyota. Buying was great and I have booked advance in Day 1 of launch and got the vehicle in 3 days of actual launch. Booked Self charging Strong Hybrid \"G\" Variant . Driving for past 1 month in City only in bumper to bumper traffic gives 26+ mileage. One of instantaneous trip gave me 50 kmpl. I really love the mileage and its great asset of this car Driving:- All city drive almost 500 kms - very smooth and when engine on - you don't feel the vehicle is actual ON. Zero noise but when EV to ICE/Petrol change , there is a feel of sound of engine Looks - Both interior and Exterior are looking pleasant and lovely - I like it Infortainment is very nice having lot of features - I love the instantaneous mileage graph and EV/Petrol how the charging looks great. Performance - happy with the performance so far. It takes care of all bumpy roads Service:- Just save the car for service and noting to elaborate on this as this is a free service - but went for Under Chasis Paint as I stay near the Chennai Beach Pros:- 1. Performance, Driving Comfort, Self Charging Strong Hybrid 2. Mileage - Awesome - if you drive without rash - it gives 35+ mileage (but practically - 26-28 can be ontained) 3. Look and Feel 4. Elaborate Infotainment with lot of features with Heads up display 5. Audio System Cons:- 1. Boot Space limited 2. Switching from EV mode to ICS/Petrol - can hear the motor sound
