Always go for activa as even local mechanics are familiar. I have jupiter 125 and most local mechanics refuse to even touch it and recommend going to Service Station. Plus my Jupiter has issues

The activa is a sturdy scooter. We bought an activa back in 2007 and its still intact. Even the newer scooter that we bought started giving issues after like 2 years or so but not the activa. Except for some cockpit issues, there has never been a major issue with our 16 yo activa.

I'm still using my active 2009 model, still no problems at 91k kms. It's got a good engine but rest of the features are nothing to talk about just bare minimum, i wish they upgrade the boot space like Jupiter 125, will get it today if they do.

Ye product long life ha, reliable hai Baki company ko products mai humesha change karna padta hai aur jyada features dene padte hai kyu ki pichle customer ko problem ati hai toh naye customer ko bewakoof bana padta hai. Honda ko jaroorat nahi unka product original hai

I upgraded from a 4g to 6g 1 year a go. Activa is a time tested product which I can trust. It's parts can be found everywhere easily. It was available on the same day and was given to us in 2 hours. Burgmen 125 had a waiting period of 3 months they said. I didn't even test drive the 6g lol. 6g has everything imo. Better suspension, reliable engine, looks great, has nice fuel economy etc.... Burgmen, ntork and Jupiter 125 costs 10k more here. They all are very similar compare to Activa 6g like suspension, footboard area, length, ground clearance etc but 6g is cheaper. Also Activa 6g has a proper grab rail instead of nonsense of a seat which goes little upwards causing you to bend on the driver. I don't really need a digital display, blutooth connectivity or some graphics on my scooter. I can live without them. I don't trust Access 125 for it's engine and fibre body. Activa is metal body so its superior.

Ola can change this staple scooter tag to itself if it provides better after sales service. Ola S1X can change indian scooter market, if it can reduce/nullify previous issues of 1st gen
