1 month owner of Access 125 and here is my feedback Yes Brake lock doesn't work at all Lights are only useful in local streets, once you get out on main roads/highways they are completely useless, the high beam is set by default to second floor. Rear drumbrakes have rattling sound Locking is really bad, the left to open seat and right to open fuel lid is not a smooth operation Front body makes noise over a speed braker A scooter is less comfortable than a bike because in scooter you can sit in as relaxed position you want Mileage on highways is above 60, you need to keep the speed below 65 for that, he is lying and probably revs way to hard and fast ABS is not necessary, the brakes are already very good, ABS is for those chapris who do quick acceleration even in localities. Turn by turn navigation is very bad, it changes path after you have crossed a checkpoint and that is problematic sometimes you can suddenly change paths This guy is riding at 80+ and has high beam on and doesn't even know, you can already tell from that the kind of rider he is. Smoke issue and gear box issues are expected if you don't get service in every 4 months and don't get CVT belt changed.

Access 2021 feb model standard disk is good with performance good milage (55 kmpl to 63 kmpl top), cruising speed ( 30 to 70 or 80 kph ), brakes disk super and tyre grip comfort suspension pratical space (carrying gas cylinder 16 kg )etc are Good. But The engine failed from 15000 km multiple times I have seen. meter failed. all lights fail cracks and water entering. The clutch cover or alloy can fail. Throttle body fails. The battery did not last long. poor headlights. digital meter less worthy. The fuel tank shape inside is a bit confused. A ring inside makes some fuel not fall into the actual tank.and those make it hard to fill the full tank. The extended warranty program is tricky. I own this particular model standard disk variant since 2021 feb. it's a BS 6 model. I have covered around 49000 km till the date. it's my all rounder. I have done all services at authorised service in my Town. never late on service. And the scooter is still under extended warranty. Second I worked at the same place for 13 months as a service advisor along with the role of warranty and accident claim executive. it was two years ago. I have gone through the deepest parts of these scooters with help technicians and other teams. And my friends who own also have faced similar issues. The place I worked was the major dealer in my district. And my connection with others from the nearby district dealerships. I learnt and understood more about suzuki access 125 and other products from the Suzuki lineup. Service quality provided acceptable here.I don't say i have best knowledge, but I know my scooter and I have done well with my job so I understand far better about those models. I have taken my scooter so far like 250 km single side and I was happy. I took my scooter to high ranges to national highways. So far the experience it offers is best except its quality. I have ridden tvs jupiter 125, honda 125 etc through the same roads.. still I feel home with my access 125. I am 29 years old and 171 cm tall. other than this i have changed my driving belt and front disk one time each no other major parts have not been replaced due to tear and wear or mechanical failure. my scooter engine failed in between 28000 to 35000 where I replaced half engine parts. Apart from this my family owns a bs4 re Himalayan. My first scooter was a 2007 activa I used it for around 14 years. And I test ride Activa before buying access 125. About tyre ceat and mrf prefered. Weekly air pressure checked. The first ceat rear tyre lasted around 19000km plus Second rear tyre nearly to 34000km third around 42000(last of maintenance) now mrf is running 49000km and is good. Front first around 22000km second at 27000km and to the end of life at 49000 km. in between a tyre was replaced under warranty. next time front ceat and rear will mrf most probably. So after not faced any skiding issue. All kind of season of Kerala and roads i have taken my scooter. Heavy rain, hot summer. Highways, pocket road, sand broken pothe hole, off road, etc... At present in August 2025 under extended warranty period my scooters all lights and the meter is facing an issue of water or mist entering and glass has crack like marks. Clutch cover damaged by the service centre. Seat losing comfort. I feel so.And warranty case they are not willing to provide warranty support. I am kindly asking them to help.b

Undoubtedly product bht acha h 5 saal ho gye almost 1.5 lakh KM. chl chuki 3 baar engine ka kaam ho chuka h. Abhi b 55-60 k bich average deti h highway pe or city me 40 plus depend aap kaise chalate ho. Mujhe new scooty next month leni h but m wapas access nhi lunga, because of the Service. Access lene se phle aap sb apne wha k suzuki k showroom ka review le lena. Kyuki m faridabad se hu yha k showroom ne mujhe itna paresha kr diya ki 1 saal baad hi bahar se service karani start kardi.

my honda key lock set got broken and i replaced it with new one from service centre but within 1 year it is creating problem, key get stuck.

Access is the best scooter in today's market, the main crash point parts are metal. Performance, pickup,mileage, engine reliability and parts durability is unmatchable in comparison to overrated Ntorq 125 which has too many problems with rollers,timing belt, wiring and self starter. Don't listen to random guys who don't own for a longèr term, I'm sure he has just ridden for a short moment and gave feedbacks here. Listen to the owners like us who owns for a longer period. I have 2 access, one is from 2023 till date and the other is 2025 model which I bought in the month of August. So far no problem, the only negative point for me is the suspension which is bit hard like the honda grazia. It makes sound on the front shocker with pillion on the back in bad roads like downhill, other than that there's no problem in plain roads.

Activa 6g 2021 model,35000 km,service cost less than 2k,back wheel changed…still satisfied….vehicle value about 55-60 k…

എന്റെ അക്സസ്സ് 125 61000km കഴിഞ്ഞു. Engine സൂപ്പർ refined ആണു. എനിക്ക് mileage 47-50 ലോക്കൽ കിട്ടുന്നുണ്ട്. ഹൈവേയിൽ 62 വരെ കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. സ്റ്റാർട്ട്‌ ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ മാത്രം noise ഉണ്ട്‌.spare parts വില കത്തിയാണ്.

I own the 2025 access top model. The entire side body is fibre. After the first service it has become smoother, not the smoothest. I would suggest anyone to get the mid model and save 6000

Which scooty to buy in 125cc; Activa 125 vs Fascino 125 vs Access 125? My running will 12 to 15 kms daily. 1. I shortlisted Activa 125 because of metal body and seems very practical with no fancy things but heard of bad mileage. 2. Facsino 125 because of looks and mileage. Also, i have heard of comfortable seat quality. 3. Access 125 because of looks but many say service is not good and many other issues. Plz suggest.

Everything is good but the service is worst than ever I have purchased suzuki avenis 125 after 2 years my warranty expired then I wanted to get my vehicle service outside but spare like airfilter is not available and service center is denying to provide they ask us to get the service done by them then they will service it and the one service cost is rs 798 with labour for engine oil airfilter change

Bought access tft model on my birthday 1 july. And the same month 31 of july at morning. I crashed it cus pf small mistake that i pulled acc on bad road. It just did a wheelie and fell on left side. And. It got worse. The handle bend parts broke and it's half total. Disappointed

Bhai ek gadi ko complaint batane ke liye minimum gadi faults bolna chahiye na.. ye tho insurance pbm service center acha se behave nahi kiya ye sab bol raha hai, content ke liye kuch bhi???!! No doubt service center staff must be treat well , for their customers

Please don't buy waste of money in Just in one year i have visited 7 time to showroom because... Issues in bike 🙏.....don't waste you're money brother's current now it's getting troubling me

Hard Plastic parts = less weight/ body role = better stability & fast pickup,, I am driving new one from 2 months , i have drove it 2000km . Great breaks it's combibreaking protects scooty from any slip even in rain,, stability is great i have drove it at 96km/h max stability was very good.. Although good scooty if you want something to drive and have fun its the best. Fun to drive, can beat any scooty in its segment activa, Jupiter, ntourq etc... Lol 😹
