Negative points of this bikes are 1. poor visor quality 2. After 1 year silencer guard rubbers got damaged 3. Side panel rubbers got damaged 4. Rattling sound from visor and panels also from silencer guard 5. Poor headlight throw 6. Battery drain problem 7. Cost cutting on front disc brake from double piston to single 8. Worst brakes ever because of the combi brakes their cables caught rusting after some time which makes rear brake pedal hard and wants too much effort from leg for good braking and also worst rear brakes 9. Poor paint quality on chassis and swing arm parts 10. Head top cover leaking issue 11. Front shock absorbers have long suspension travel on poor road conditions 12. Worst top end even its competitors are good in top end These are the negatives i faced in new one fake honda shine Thank god i have shine sp bs4 2018 optimax 5 speed which can easily do 120kmph with 55 kmpl mixed and have robust quality no rusting no engine issue completed 80 thousand kms …

Mere pas 2015 model ki shine hai usme b same problem abi tak honda walo ne rectify nahi kia hai . Prob 1. Lack of power low acceleration 2. Headlight shaking problem 3. Poor breaking in drum varient 4. Poor paint quality 5.very thin suspension At a price of 1.15 lakh for everyone who is thinking to buy bike at this price go for pulsar 125 or stretch ur budget 1.5 for better option like yamaha fzs, pulsar 150 or apache

Mera personal favorite 125cc bike agar koi hai to only shine 125 hai As a option aap tvs raider 125 bhi consider kar sakte hai agar aapko thoda muscular looking bike chahiye to. But other option main personally suggest nahi karta because utne reliable feel nahi hote mujhe. Sp 125 me paint quality aur thodi si build quality related problem hai Pulsar 125 me weight kafi hai is liye main to pulsar 150 hi recomend karta hun 😊. Pulsar 125 and pulsar 150 dono ka weight almost same hai but pulsar 150 me aapko achi power feel hoti hai aur dono me mileage bhi same hai almost that's why aap pulsar 150 prefer kijiye

Handling, Build quality, Highway stability is just average. Mileage you can get above 65 to 72kmpl for sure. **Engine smoothness is top-notch, no others 125cc are come closer to it. if you are a calm rider then go grab it.

Chain kit issue. I bought this bike 15 months back and drive 10000 kms and now chain is creating huge sound, as per mechanic life of chain kit is around 20000 kms but in some shine vehicle it is found that it started creating issue around 10000kms, same happend to my bike and i had to pay around 1100/- to replace this part. If life of this part is around 20000kms then why should customer pay this amount? either honda pvt. Ltd. Should replace part or the part quality of your company is not good. I am very disappointed that vehicle is requiring so much maintenance and money only in approx 1 year. In long run this type of issue will result in reducing trust on this reputed global brand which was my all time favourite. I hope your company will get back to me for this issue.
