review for hunter 350. As a daily rider, the Hunter 350 from Royal Enfield feels light, agile, and super easy to handle in city traffic. The engine is smooth with strong low-end torque, making short commutes and relaxed rides really enjoyable. Suspension is a bit stiff on rough roads, and it’s not built for high-speed highway runs, but for urban use, it’s fun, stylish, and great value for money. A solid choice if you want a simple, good-looking bike with classic character. Hunter 350 – Fun to Ride, Needs More Features. Great punchy engine and ride quality all round. Ownership has been hassle free with great service support and parts availability. But the seating comfort could be better for long rides and the instrument console and features feel a tad outdated when compared to newer rivals. All in all it is a fun and reliable bike that never lets you down in the performance department. Best bike for daily ride and long trips. I have been using the Royal Enfield Hunter 350, and my overall experience is excellent. The bike looks stylish and modern, and the riding position is very comfortable for city rides as well as short highway trips. The engine feels smooth and refined, and the pickup is good for everyday use. Handling is easy because of the lightweight design compared to other Royal Enfield bikes. Mileage is decent, and maintenance cost is reasonable. Braking performance and stability are also good. The seat is comfortable, and the overall build quality feels premium. If someone wants a bike with a classic Royal Enfield feel and easy handling, the Hunter 350 is a great option. I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others. That glitch about the stalling on N is happening to me but I figured out that if you put on N from 2nd gear, it stalls but if you first shift the gear to 1st and then to N, then no issues

20000 km in 1 year and facing engine missing problem. and this issue is really frustrating . even service centre didn’t take any action against this.. they said engine light is not glowing in your bike and your bike RPM is ok after they checked from computer checking device. and also they said that this issue will gone after some Kms of ride.. most of the people facing same issue .. But company and service dealer don’t do any anything.

1000 km Ownership Review. The clutch is noticeably smoother compared to the previous generation of the Hunter 350. The suspension has been tuned more softly, offering better comfort over rough roads. The seat is relatively more comfortable than the previous model, making long rides easier. Its lightweight design makes it incredibly easy to handle, especially in day-to-day city traffic. The new LED lighting setup not only looks modern but also improves visibility. Royal experience.. The Hunter 350 is an excellent choice for riders looking for a stylish, easy-to-handle, and reliable bike, mainly for city use. It’s fun to ride and offers a great balance of performance and practicality. The seating is comfortable for short to medium distances, but on longer rides , it can feel a bit firm. The suspension is slightly stiff, but it gives good stability on regular roads. Hey Shumi! I had commented on your previous video about my experience with the Hunter 350, so sharing a more detailed update here. I bought my bike in December 2022, and it’s currently at 20,000 km on the ODO, mostly used for short rides and daily office commutes. Although it is a long comment but would recommend to read this if you own hunter. 🔧 Issues & Fixes Rear Suspension Issue I completely agree with you on the rear shocker problem. At 80–90 km/h, even small bumps made the rear feel unstable—almost like the backend could throw you off. ➡ I upgraded the rear shockers in September last year, which cost me around ₹3200 (including installation). Result: Massive improvement in stability and confidence. ⛽ Fuel Efficiency Observation One thing I’ve noticed is that E20-compatible models (post-April 2023) seem to have lower fuel efficiency (below 30 km/l)—not sure how Royal Enfield managed that. ➡ On my bike, I’m consistently getting 30–35 km/l, even with: BMC Air Filter NGK Double Iridium Spark Plugs 🛠 Mods & Recommendations 1. Engine Oil Upgrade After warranty, I’d strongly recommend switching to full synthetic oil instead of the stock one. ✔ Reduced heating ✔ Noticeably less tappet noise 2. Handlebar Upgrade I switched to the newer Hunter handlebar. ✔ More upright posture ✔ Better riding triangle ✔ More comfort on longer rides 🔜 Upcoming Change Planning to upgrade tyres soon to Apollo Tramplr XR for better road grip and performance. ⚠ Clutch Upgrade Warning For those thinking of upgrading the clutch: ❌ I wouldn’t recommend it. Yes, it may feel lighter, but it doesn’t function as intended compared to the newer Hunter models. 🆕 New Hunter vs Old After riding the 2025 Hunter 350, I made these changes—and honestly, they’ve significantly improved ride quality. Also, worth noting: ➡ Post-April 2023 models come with a speed limiter, capping top speed around 120–125 km/h (as reported by multiple riders). Hope this helps fellow Hunter 350 owners and buyers! 🙌

bought mine around september 2024 and honestly love it. the clutch being hard doesn't bother me much, but in traffic it gets annoying. thankfully i'm not in a city like bangalore so it's manageable. my main concerns were the suspension and the headlight. already swapped the headlight out, and the suspension is still stock. it's stiff but since i haven't done any long rides yet, i'm holding off till the next service. good to know it's around ₹3,000 though. on the indicators, i actually prefer the halogen ones over the LEDs royal enfield gives. the stock LEDs look a bit cheap and out of place to me. one thing i wanted to ask: do you get the engine heat issue in summers? i'm in amravati and the heat here is no joke. riding even at 10 am feels brutal, and the bike throws out a lot of heat. wondering if it's the same for you or if it's more of a weather thing. great video btw!

Awesome as always! Big fan of your sentence constructions. The Hunter was my original choice. The test ride instantly connected with me. But then my 18 yr old son said the bike looks too compact for me. I'm 48, 5'10" muscular built. 2nd option was the Hness but it lacks the low end torque and I didn't feel that connect. Classic was a big no bcoz of the lack of slip and assist clutch. Finally brought home a Meteor in Jan this year. Passed on my well maintained FZS V2 to my son.

Hey fellow Hunter 350 owners, are you guys experiencing a hard/stiff gear shift? Mine feels quite hard to shift, especially into neutral or lower gears. Is this common for the J-series engine or do I need to adjust my clutch play?

Hi Shumi, I own a 2024 model - I reached out to official Royal Enfield support (over email), and they clearly mentioned that 2024 models CANNOT be retrofitted with the new suspensions or even the slipper assist clutch, and that it would void the warranty. I did hear similar response at Royal Enfield service station as well, with one place even saying that the new suspension is not compatible with 2024 model, and one place outright rejected even to talk about any kind of retrofit. I am stuck with the older tight suspension, but I love my bike otherwise.

Not a decent purchase. The suspension is too hard not good for long drive , suitable for city commute. No good service by re service centre. Mileage is 28kmpl in highway and 25 kmpl in city. Braking is super, seating posture is good. The main problem is with comfort(Suspension) & Mileage which is the most required for many that is not satisfied. Yo bro ❤ nice detailed review! Btw I took my N160 delivery today. Unfortunately, my dealer said nowadays only the USD forks variant are being produced. So, I had to go with it (USD, Single seat, white). Braking is really great. Gear shifting and clutch 👌👌pakka mass. However, When I rode back home with my mum, I could hear some squeaking noise in the rear suspension. Idk what causes it and I hope it fixes itself during the break in…The only issue I feel is that the bike leans/pulls towards the left when I let go of the handlebar. Apart from that, I’m very excited to ride this bike!Gonna follow your engine break in framework.

Best bike of the year. Here’s a detailed 300+ word review of the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 that blends expert insights with user experiences : The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 has quickly become one of the brand’s most popular motorcycles thanks to its balance of style, usability, and value. Unlike heavier Royal Enfields such as the Classic or Meteor, the Hunter is built with a shorter wheelbase, lighter frame, and lower seat height, making it far more manageable in crowded cities. Riders consistently praise how nimble it feels while weaving through traffic, which is a rare quality for a 350cc Royal Enfield. Powered by a 349cc, single-cylinder, air-/oil-cooled engine, the Hunter produces about 20 bhp and 27 Nm of torque. While these numbers aren’t class-leading, the engine’s strong low-end torque makes it excellent for quick acceleration in the city and relaxed cruising at moderate speeds. Fuel efficiency is another plus point, with most riders reporting 30–35 km/L in real-world conditions. The bike’s retro-modern styling also stands out. With its compact tank, round headlamp, dual-tone colors, and minimalist design, the Hunter appeals to younger buyers who want Royal Enfield’s identity in a more contemporary package. The 2025 update adds an LED headlamp, a slipper clutch for smoother gear shifts, and better suspension, which improves comfort slightly over rougher roads. That said, the Hunter isn’t perfect. At speeds above 90–100 km/h, vibrations creep in at the handlebars and mirrors, making it less enjoyable for long highway rides . The rear suspension, though improved, is still stiff for pillions, and the seat can feel cramped on extended journeys. The new LED headlamp also draws mixed reviews for its light throw. Overall, the Hunter 350 is best suited for city riders and those who want an accessible Royal Enfield with strong style, good torque, and everyday usability. It may not be the most comfortable option for high-speed touring, but for urban riders and weekend explorers, it’s one of the most balanced and affordable Royal Enfields on sale today. 1. Carbon Racing k handlebar riser lagwane k liye clutch cable, brake cable change krni padhti hai? 2. Handlebar riser lagwane se handlebar mein vibration zyada feel hoti hai kya? Ya fir stock settings ki tarah same feeling hai? Plz answer these two questions.. Planning to install Carbon Racing handlebar riser..
